This company is first class. Our sales person, Julius was VERY Professional and explained everything and answered all our questions. The lead installer, Branden,was very professional and on time with his crew. We had a new patio door installed and it's beautiful. This is our second project. Earlier In the year we had all our windows replaced. The installers were real tradesman. I was in construction for 35 years and know great workmanship and pricing was very fair. Do your research and read the "warranty". I've had to have multiple windows repaired and my newest one has caused water damage on my ceiling. I have one that won't stay open and I've already had service done on a few for gaps. Called an ad I saw in tv. Operator talked me into an immediate next day meeting with someone for a free dinner gift card... I agreed. Next day after three hours sales presentation at our house, advertising by two get two free. The price per window was over $6,000 dollars and I need eight windows done. Initial quote/ free estimate was as expected. SR was a smooth talker. Original prices were high for full frame replacement on 14 windows and a glass sliding door. Was able To negotiate a reduction in price of 10k. Field measurement was next to be scheduled. All went smooth. Install date was sooner that originally expected which my wife and I was very happy about. Day of Install (4/25/25) crew of 2 arrived around 9am. Seemed bothered that my wife was running behind trying to get a 3 and 2 year old along with a 4 month old out of the drive way. Upon my wife leaving the head guy seemed concerned about the rain expected later in the afternoon/evening hours. Asked if he could come back Sunday when the weather was expected to better. Respecting his professional concerns, I had no problem with that. Contract was for main frame replacement. This gentleman proceeded to explain to me that we were only getting inserts ? Ha not sure how that happened. Even my contract says main frame. Upon his leaving he said he was going to make necessary calls to find out what's going on. Attempting all day Friday, all day Saturday I have yet to speak to anyone. I did however receive a call back from a sales manager Saturday but when I answered it was quiet. And as you can imagine, when I tried to call back several times, there wasn't an answer. Today 4/27/25, the day the installer was supposed to be back to install... He didn't show up and i still haven't spoke to anyone. I don't know. But this was a horrible experience with this company. read more

Did not caulk windows properly or nicely looks like a 2 year old caulked. Then they were suppose to come back out and fix the caulk moved multiple time and canceled. Now the Manager tells me I'm not a priority because they have other problems, just how many problems do you have that you have to cancel multiple times and move appointments? I like their windows but what a hassle!! Don't use these guys hacks. They also on the 2nd try sent back the same people who caulked it wrong, and lied about who was coming out, told me a manager would be there (no manager). Same today a 2 man crew would come out I said you told me a manager, they lied again. read more

Never was able to get my repair done. Tried to get Facia fixed and it never happened.

If I could leave no stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Our original meeting was supposed to be one hour. It was four hours, and with an infant that wasn't convenient or appropriate. The sales rep came in with a completely asinine price, which was an absolute no for us. They came back and said there was some nursing home they were doing and can lower the price. Now I wasn't completely happy with the price, but I also didn't have time to sit through four more four-hour presentations, so we agreed to move forward. We were promised no subcontracted labor, zero APR, and a cruise as part of our "contract". Two weeks later a man came out to measure for the ordering. As it turned out we were contracted for two more windows than we had in our home. I reached out to our sales rep 2-3 Times about this, to which I was told by him and his sales manager that there was just an error on the paper work. I was willing to move past it without a cost change because people make mistakes. However, they got the change notice incorrect 3 times prior to getting it right (I am sure my installation and ordering was delayed because of this). Each time I had to follow up 2-3 times to get any answer. During this time, I had also reached out probably 10-15 times, left voicemails and emails about getting our financing information. No response ever. I reached out to our sales rep who confirmed we had zero APR. We finally get the windows delivered for installation, to find out they are in fact subcontracted (the installation team was amazing), and we had one of the windows delivered incorrectly. It had the top half of the double hung with grids and the bottom was clear. I had to follow up with them three times to get anyone scheduled (the woman who does scheduling there - Linda is great). About 4 weeks later, it was replaced. Still at this time I am reaching out trying to get my financing information with little to zero response. Yet, I have gotten countless emails, standard mail and etc to "refer us". Two months later, I got the finance letter in the mail, and a response from our sales rep saying what our real APR is. All the while I thought it was zero because that's what he told us at our kitchen table and then confirmed later in an email. I emailed the "team" to let them know how unhappy I am and how bad this experience has been. That was on 1/28. Today is 2/15 and I have had zero response from any of the three of them David, Ray or Paul. Additionally, I got one of the many "refer me" emails from the owner Harley "if you're not 100% satisfied email me or call me". I emailed him on 1/30, it's 2/15 and still have no response. But I have gotten countless emails and actual mail about referring them. I even got so mad one day I called them to tell ask them to stop reaching out to me and that I would never refer them. To my surprise, they're still sending me things. I don't know where window nation is in the heirarcy of price, because I didn't do my homework, but if I were anyone in the market, spending a little more to have some better customer service would be worth it. The quality of the windows is mediocre at best, and we still haven't gotten our cruise which were contractually obligated to get. read more

Came when they said they would. Installed all in one day. However, didn't clean everything out of gutters and the roof. We needed them to come back three different times to correct either defects with the window or the installation was shoddy. Final visit had a quality person. We are now hitting real cold weather. House doesn't feel warmer. Lastly, they promised us an incentive of a cruise or vacation at some spot around the world. After the install we called the office and left a message on VM. We never got a callback from the sales rep. We asked the maintenance people but never got a direct answer. Not why we bought the windows but don't promise and avoid delivering. IS THIS 1950? Wish there was an option for zero stars! I was approached by a salesman that was offering FREE ESTIMATES to be scheduled for the following week. We are actually in the market for full house window replacement and have had an estimate from another company already. Long story short, the appointment was scheduled for my husband and I but my husband was called in to volunteer his time as a physician at free-clinic, after a full day at his practice. Because he would not be present for the free ESTIMATE, Window Nation ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to honor or meeting or give me (the house wife) the estimate. I explained that in 23 years of marriage, I have made every repair myself or hired professionals MYSELF as needed. They still refused. I told them that we are serious buyers with a definite plan to replace all our windows on our large home, and that their archaic (and possibly sexist) policy is a bad business model that is definitely costing them thousands of dollars! My wife and I met in our home with Julius and it was a terrible experience. We will not use Window Nation, regardless of the cost. In a nutshell, it was his way or the highway at our meeting. After arriving 10 minutes late he wanted to start measuring the windows. I told him before he gets started with that, we had a few questions. He told us to wait with our questions because he wants to follow his set routine and proceeded to measure the windows. He asked us what the competitors' quotes were and I told him. He told us that there were "A" companies, "B" companies and "C" companies. I asked him to explain. He drew a circle, calling it a "pie" and wrote three different percentages next to it. After talking on and on about Window Nation, I asked him to identify what the pie represents and what the 3 percentages represented so I could follow along. He said, "You asked me a question, now let me answer it" which, to me, meant "shut up and listen", and then he continued on his practiced speech. I stopped him again later saying, I still do not know what the pie is or the percentages and he again said, "you asked me a question, let answer it!" (shut up again). As he continued to rattle on, not identifying any differences in the so-called A, B,and C categories, I said, "After all you just said, you still did not answer my simple question as to what the difference is between an A, B, and C company and I still don't know what the pie represents. He starts getting argumentative and I had to tell him to "calm down." He continued and I started to argue back with him and at that point I became frustrated. What salesman comes to a customer's home, tells them to shut up and listen, and starts an argument? I said, "Now I'm upset. This isn't that important, lets just move on." At that point he starts packing his things up into his carry case and I asked him what he was doing. He said that it was obvious that we were just going to go with the cheapest company. I told him that I never said that. He then said that I asked him to leave. My wife and I both responded that I never said that either. My wife asked, "Aren't you going to give us a quote? He sat back down, took his iPad back out and proceeded to start the quote. I later apologized for getting argumentative (no reciprocal apology from him) and he said, "Oh, I go through this about once every three months", insinuating that I was some kind of unruly customer. I was not unruly and it was his terrible sales "technique" that led to a potential customer's frustration. Just a last slap on the face from this salesman at the end of his pitch. This obviously upset him and he began to walk off while saying "have a nice day, hope you get that stick out of your a--". We had 13 Windows installed April 2020, The installation crew was curtious and did a good job so thought,they finished up and it started pouring down rain so I didn't get a chance to see the outside of the windows nor did they offer to show me,partly my fault for not asking to which I always do but of course I was dealing with the kids and home schooling.neveless they installed the windows in our room which for the past 3 months I have been told they would but the field manager keeps telling me he hasn't heard back from the Columbus office yet, three months of this,not only that but the didn't caulk the outside of 7windows which they did come out and fix . I have called multiple times and left messages, I have messaged with customer service and was told someone would be in contact, but still no call back yet,you would think after spending over $9,000 this would be taking care of. The only thing I was pleased with was the installation team.... when they finally came. I understand COVID is causing delays but this company does not communicate anything nor return any phone calls. When I finally got them scheduled 5 months later, I was rescheduled twice. The second time it was the day of so furniture was moved and blinds were down. The install manager was going to make things right but never did and of course again doesn't return calls. I had all my windows done so this wasn't cheap. I would never recommend. read more

Was very disappointed in Window Nation, especially their customer service throughout the installation process. First crew did not show up on the day scheduled, a Wednesday, due to an illness, but we were not notified till halfway through the day after multiple phone calls. I took off a day of work to be present. They showed up on Thursday but did not finish the job, leaving the windows sitting in the frames with about a 2 inch gap to the outside. They also ripped out trim on the inside that was not necessary. They did not show up on Friday to finish the job, so the windows sat with the gap in them all weekend. The following week they sent out a second crew after multiple phone calls expressing frustration that the job wasn't completed yet and missed work days. This crew was told they were only finishing installing the windows that weren't installed by the first crew not that they had to fix the first crews mess also. They were there till 10pm and still did not finish again going another few days with no response to phone calls about when they would be completed. They finally came back on the weekend to finish and while they did replace the trim my husband and I spent an afternoon after the left painting it. There was also a broken window installed that has still not been replaced. During this time we were given multiple names of people to reach out to if there were concerns and there was either no response or an "ill get back to you" with no return calls. Also, conveniently their number to call on their website does not work and neither does the link. I would not recommend them to any one. This is way too much money to be spending for poor customer service. read more

Sayvohn (sorry if i misspelled your name) worked with us to find the perfect fit for our home. There was a lot going on at the house the day we had our appointment and he just rolled with it. He was extremely knowledgeable, made suggestions that made since and gave us space to make our decision. He answered all of our questions and came up with a solution for a couple special window situations we had to deal with. We have not yet had our windows installed but so far....great to work with and thank you for employing someone that goes above and beyond the typical "sales person" mentality to represent your company.
