An hour later, the hole had spidered webbed out across my entire storm door. I sent Josh numerous emails & texts about this, saying I would try to reuse an old window I had. He NEVER even bothered to acknowledge my messages. My old window doesn't fit either. A decent company would have at least offered to replace it or at the very least apologize. Terrible company.

Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.
