Let me tell you - Buxton Roofing deserves your business. I woke up last night, and realized it was because I heard a slow but steady dripping sound. I traced the sound to the wall beside my bedroom door, and as I put my ear to the wall, I got hit with a drop of water. Somehow, there was a leak in my roof (of a 14 year old house) that had soaked the drywall through, enough to cause water to drip into the house. I called Buxton Roofing as soon as I got to work, and they said they'd have a service tech call me within the hour. The call came within 15 mins., and we agreed upon a time for the service call. John was there ahead of schedule. He crawled up in the attic to locate the source of the leak, then was up on the roof fixing it. Total time = 1/2 hour. I can't say they'll always be that fast, but this was my (very appreciated) experience. Two thumbs up. :)

Unprofessional sales guy, Jack Livingston, put a sign in my yard promoting the business to my…read moreneighbors without even talking to anyone in our house. We have never contacted this company and just moved here. I was home and saw him on my Ring camera putting the sign in the yard, make no attempt to knock or ring the bell and left a business card on an Amazon package. My car is in the driveway but he made no attempt at contacting me and instead was lazy and took it upon himself to put a sign for the company in my front yard. None of the other neighbors have this. Another sales guy also came a few days ago and knocked on the door but we were not home. When he didn't reach us, he put flyers in the mailbox, which is illegal. Rude, lazy and unprofessional sales staff.
