Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy.
