Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services. You will be pleased with your decision if you contract with Landmark Construction.

From the FEW that actually had the courtesy to answer my call, make the appointment, show up on time and then provide a written quote in a timely manner, Jason at AB Drain won the job hands down! He spent over an hour at my house on a Saturday evening going over the causes of the constant water pooling in my yard and answered every question in a way that I could tell he knew his stuff! I made my mind up before he even left my property that night. When I received his quote, he was extremely thorough explaining each step in great detail, something that was severely lacking with the other few quotes I received. The best part was that his price was under our budget and was the second lowest but included much more that the others did not include, such as hauling away the excess dirt from the french drain, grading out the yard afterwards and using high grade piping instead of that black corrugated garbage!! He kept us in the loop approaching the start date and throughout the job itself, providing us updates daily. I wasn't there for two of the days but he took hundreds of photos during the job that were awesome seeing how it all came together and what is now under the grass!! His crew worked their butts off without taking lengthy breaks or talking on their phones all day...God bless them! Jason was on the job the entire time, which you don't see often being that he is the owner. He was just as dirty and sweaty as his crew at the end of the days. It took them 5 days to install 400 feet of french drain, a sump pump and then 300 feet of downspout drains that all drained into a small retention pond he installed at the back of our farm. I won't lie that I questioned whether it would function as he promised but since the install it has poured many times with local flooding even. Those rains would leave out yard as a swamp for weeks afterwards but not now! It all worked in unison and leaves our yard functional, dry and our plot able to take on seed for the first time in a decade without washout concern! These guys are top notch! Jason provided a transferable lifetime warranty on labor, which was not offered by any of the others who submitted bids (and charged more than him)! I would recommend them to anybody that appreciates attention to detail, quality of work, personalized customer service, and an all around professional approach when in a similar drainage nitemare like we used to be stuck in! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!"

If you are considering hiring Atlas Carpentry, I urge you to find another contractor. In January…read more2024, we hired them to enclose our back porch to make it a sunroom. They failed in nearly every aspect of this project. What was to be a 5-week job, extended out to 12-weeks when they were fired with a good amount of work not completed, materials paid for not supplied, AND the work that was completed was not that of a professional contractor. They did not have inspections done (even though we were charged for permits). Poor design, poor execution, poor business practices. We are left with hiring someone reputable to almost completely redo the work. There are MULTIPLE FIRE HAZARDS and code violations. I wish I could list it all. We obviously failed to speak up in time to make a difference. We will be pursuing legal action soon against them. We thought we did ample due diligence prior to hiring them. We made a huge mistake. I'd be willing to bet many of their glowing reviews have been paid for. These are not craftsmen, they are hacks. If you do choose to use them, hold back as much money as you can and don't let them 'Take it off the LAST payment'. We were lied to on multiple occasions. On their website they use the tag line, "We build dreams", for us they built an expensive nightmare.

Got 4 estimates from 5 star reviewed companies, and Revival had the best price. Then a friend said insurance may pay for it, so I filed a claim. Insurance adjuster only wanted to repair the roof. Revival said the existing shingle is no longer made, so they should pay for the whole roof. Insurance adjuster had Revival remove a shingle and insurance company sent it out to see if shingles were available. Adjuster said they still make the shingle and said a place in Akron sells the shingle. Revival went to Akron twice to get the allegedly matching shingle, but when placed on the roof next to the existing shingle, the difference was night and day. Not anywhere close to matching. After 3 months, the insurance company finally agreed to pay for the whole roof to be re-shingled. Revival came 2 days later and put a new roof on in one day. Revival's patience and perseverance in dealing with the insurance company saved me thousands of dollars. I was willing to pay out of pocket because I knew the singles were old and needed replaced before the storm blew shingles off the roof. They could've just took the cash and saved themselves the hassle of dealing with my insurance company that just kept making them jump thru more hoops, but they didn't because the insurance is supposed to pay for claims like mine. I appreciate them going above and beyond to get my roof claim paid.
