We essentially needed to gut the majority of the inside and remove all the exterior to the studs, leaving us needing a completely new roof and siding. Brian did an incredible job working with our insurance to get us a whole new roof! His communication is absolutely excellent and it's only exceeded by his desire and ability to make sure his customers are 100% happy with every aspect of every job done. This entire process has been a big nightmare for us, but Brian has made it exponentially easier by his involvement. If you're looking for a general contractor for any housing project, we would highly recommend Brian. He is fair with pricing, a joy to work with and ensures that his crews meet customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Hope these Class 4 shingles measure up to their promise. Thank you, Silver Leaf!

After meeting with a few people we'd contacted online, the price quotes we received seemed pretty high. We even considered giving it a go ourselves andu I was really excited for "demo day" after watching too much HGTV. Long story short I'm at lunch one day and meet Robert from New Design Image Group. We get to chatting and I tell him about our project. He gave me a card and said he'd be happy to come by and take a look. I called him a few days later, luckily before I took sledge to walls, he came over that same day, looked under and behind some of my cabinets, laughed and asked if i was going to knock them out. He explained that I could simply unscrew some of them and avoid any collateral damage to the wall. So, no demo for me. We decided to hire him pretty much on the spot. My wife gave him some crude drawings of our ultimate goal and a week later he'd produced very detailed plans for our remodel. We purchased our new cabinets, dishwasher and sink and Robert's installers put it all together for us with ease. I'd definitely recommend Robert and New Design Image Group for remodels or whatever other home improvement project you may be dreaming of!
