My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some…read morecompanies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

I can not say enough good things about ACR Contracting. ACR Contracting was great to work with…read more They are reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. They went above and beyond helping me with my insurance company and fighting my cause from a wind storm and a tree falling on my roof on March 4, 2023. They relentlessly pursued my insurance company for 7 months, sent my shingles to ITEL, and requested a second adjuster from my insurance company be sent to my house for an inspection and filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. They took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with all options available - from repair to replacement, based on the final decision about my claim from the insurance company. ACR Contracting went through a lot with my insurance company, and I know they did a lot more for me than is required from a signed "Business Contract." There are no adequate, eloquent, or appropriate words that could represent, describe, or express the kind of review ACR Contracting deserves or should be advertised and written about in this review because they are a gift, priceless, and truly a blessing. ACR Contracting pursued my insurance company and claim, as if I were family, a friend, and not just a client. Their company is not about big business and money but family, integrity, and justice. These days, you don't find companies that will care enough to put themselves in your shoes and treat your claim as if it were their own. To be a client of ACR Contracting, you are part of a family. Their team did an excellent job on my roof. As soon as they were leaving the driveway, the compliments from my neighbors were already starting to come in. In addition, while getting a new roof, I decided this was a perfect time to replace the gutters and add facia. My home is over 65 years old, so in the future, when I move on to my next home improvement projects, I will definitely be taking advantage of their other quality services like windows and siding. ACR Contracting is celebrating 24 years of exceptional workmanship, quality, professionalism, guarantee, and service, but also is a company of honor, family values, ethics, and heart. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a Company/Contractor you can trust, so I'm very blessed and happy to have found ACR Contracting. I have recommended ACR Contracting to family and friends, and if it were possible, I would tell the world about ACR Contracting. I would never tell my family, friends, or anyone about a company unless I was sure that their results, experience, customer service, and investment would be more than they could hope, possibly imagine, or pray for. They are definitely the BEST.

Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. We had Brand New Windows installed through out our entire home, as well as an addition of a Beautiful Garden Window in our Kitchen. There was a total of 16 Windows which included the Garden Window and a Huge Front Window. Everything was installed to perfection, and the workers were very professional, friendly and hard working. They were able to get all 16 Windows installed in one day which was very impressive considering the crazy Ohio weather we have encountered. In addition to Beautiful New Windows, We also had our home completely sided. Here is where our home really took on the majority of the transformation. We started with the original cedar wood siding that was stained black and trimmed in white paint that was starting to peel. Jeremy was extremely easy to work with, he provided us all the colors and samples, and was very patient during my indecisiveness and during the color choosing process. He completely understood that this was a huge decision and one that we had to be happy with in the end. The Siding Crew was amazing, they showed up on time and even worked through some of the worst weather. Mark went above and beyond to get our home to the finished look we now have. The fellas on his crew worked hard and were very dependable, and left the work site clean each day. Communication through the whole project was some of the best we've ever experienced...
