Chose them for their Certainteed certification. Had Climateflex shingles installed on hugh-pitched house and shed during September. Some roof wood was also found to need replacing. Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Needed skylights repaired. Zach came to the house and gave us a few options. They completed the work which included fixing the skylights, replacing roof shingles and interior trim moldings. Silver Leaf gets 5 out of 5 stars again!!! I went with them for my roof because of their high ratings & I now know why people take the time to write these reviews! Jon Samsa AKA "JJ"(330-904-0288) was awesome! He went above and beyond to give me 5 star customer service! I had a wind storm rip off 13 shingles early 2019 causing multiple leaks. JJ came over & helped my Insurance adjuster during their inspection. His knowledge & friendly personality got the insurance adjuster to quickly agree my roof needed replaced, & quoted it at over $17,000 because it was a huge 3 layer roof with some weird/steep angles. State Auto Insurance payed it too! It only cost me my $1,500 deductible, & my rates didn't go up! They also got me beautiful red "merlot" dimensional shingles from Owens -Corning & ridge vents...I had green with lots of moss & mold. Silver Leaf also credited me $250 for putting a sign in my yard. It's still out there, not because it needs to be, but because they did me good & I'm thankful! I should add that the previous home owner tried to do the same thing for the ancient dilapidated roof and was only offered about $1,000 because the roof was so old. As a result he declined and let it continue to rot. He should have called JJ over to work his magic! JJ came back many times before & during the project to make sure I was happy & getting exactly what I wanted. He came back the day after to clean up anything left and to go around with a huge magnet a second time looking for nails. He even came back again and fixed some small ruts in the yard by smacking them down with a shovel because it had been raining & the ground was soft. 5 star! Bravo! The workers went above and beyond doing much more than I expected too! Replacing a bunch of rotten wood, patching holes, cleaning the gutters, etc. My roof looks awesome! I guarantee not only my property value went up, but my neighbors too! What's most important is the quality of the workmanship. My construction buddies came over after & were very impressed by Silver Leaf's work. I could not have had a better experience, and I highly recommend them!!! I recently had my garage roof replaced by Silver Leaf Contracting. I was extremely pleased with the project from the 1st time Josh Ross came out to give me a quote until the project was completed last week. Josh was fair, very professional and honest. Since this was an insurance claim, he worked with my insurance company to ensure that they were in agreement with the quote. Josh and his workers were at my house early on the designated day and did a great job. When the job was completed, everything was cleaned up.
