They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). We immediately fell in love with the professionalism of Bob at the meeting and wanted to schedule him and his crew right away. Bob and his Wife were very communicative, and very easy to work with! They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company please call them for a quote. They are polite, professional and VERY down to earth. They do their jobs efficiently and correctly. Unprofessional sales guy, Jack Livingston, put a sign in my yard promoting the business to my…read moreneighbors without even talking to anyone in our house. We have never contacted this company and just moved here. I was home and saw him on my Ring camera putting the sign in the yard, make no attempt to knock or ring the bell and left a business card on an Amazon package. My car is in the driveway but he made no attempt at contacting me and instead was lazy and took it upon himself to put a sign for the company in my front yard. None of the other neighbors have this. Another sales guy also came a few days ago and knocked on the door but we were not home. When he didn't reach us, he put flyers in the mailbox, which is illegal. Rude, lazy and unprofessional sales staff.
