In June 2025, I called and texted Jose about an obvious spot of leaks and clogs that I'd noticed for at least a month or so. Sometimes he returned my outreach and sometimes he didn't. When he did, he repeatedly promised that he would be out to examine the problem. He never showed up after 4 or 5 calls and texts to ask/remind etc. He completely left me hanging with non-existent follow up after he made the sale. I have an obvious problem that I'll need to find someone else to fix.

Even though it was 2 years later, I called Jeff about the problem. He came out the next day to look at it. Anyone who tries to hire contractors knows how hard it is to get someone to call you back, but to have them come the next day is unheard of! Jeff is a standup guy who stands by his work and within 2 weeks it was fixed. (It only took that long because it's January and we had to wait for a break in the weather.) I was not charged for this repair. I highly recommend Jeff and his team because they warranty their work, even years later.

The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

William George who is the owner worked with me to find the right type of cleaner and the job was done today, 7/8/2024. The patio now looks great. There were a few dark spots in the stone which could not be removed but overall the patio looks great. William is very professional and easy to work with and I would recommend him highly. The cost was $600 which I consider very reasonable and for an extra $100 he cleaned a very dirty concrete walkway which also looks great. I will hire him again next year for another cleaning.

Luis Verde, owner of Love Power Washing did a fantastic job on our garden pavers and patio. We have…read morea heavily wooded yard and the pavers were marked with leaf and and other debis. He removed nearly 7 years of grime and made them look like the day they were installed. In addition he cleaned our large landscape rocks, a stone bench and other garden accents. He also replaced the gravel between our pavers. Now our garden truly is a woodland paradise at home. Luis also cleaned and treated our roof that due to the tree canopy has a tendency to get moss growing on it. He did a fantastic job removing stains from the shingles and put down a vegetation retardant to prevent new moss growth. In addition he cleaned he cleaned our gutters. We could not be happier with Love Power Washing and highly recommend Luis Verde.

We couldn't be more satisfied with Ken's Parkhill Roofing Co. and the excellent job they did replacing our roof. They showed up early with a large Employee crew. They were organized, efficient, and hardworking, completing the job on one day with everything from the house and yard protection measures, tearoff, venting, installation and cleanup, all done thoroughly and professionally. They even dismantled and removed our Christmas displays and re-assembled and installed them again at the end. The yard cleanup was thorough with magnetic sweepers to collect all unseen debris. Then came a visit from their rep the next day to verify our satisfaction and that there were no open issues or questions, all prior to asking for any payment. P.S. We got a followup visit to take care of the one remaining issue within 2 hours of the followup visit. Don't skimp on cost with outfits that hire temporary non-employee crews, take payment up front, and drag their feet on completing and resolving open issues. You get what you pay for. read more

True to their motto "install in one day" Ken's Parkhill roofing removed our existing roof and replaced it with a new one in one day.The crew was simply impressive. The company went above and beyond our expectations when they came out in advance of the install and temporarily patched a gaping hole left from a nearby tree limb until they could get to the installation. Parkhill recently installed our roof, gutters and skylights. Outstanding workmanship, professional crew, very competitive price. I highly recommend them. This is the most professional roofing company I have ever seen. All their workers are employees, no subs. The workers all spoke English (our neighbors recently had a roof installed and nobody on that crew spoke English), the yard was spotless at the end of each day.
