I didnt call Window Universe intially. (my mistake) I had one company (Who I wont review) that was all the way up to getting a downpayment from me. They seemed good initially but I had to fire them when they didnt show up (it was a fourth offence) Too bad. Well I called Window Universe they came out fast. The quoting process was fast. The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

There were a few dark spots in the stone which could not be removed but overall the patio looks great. William is very professional and easy to work with and I would recommend him highly. The cost was $600 which I consider very reasonable and for an extra $100 he cleaned a very dirty concrete walkway which also looks great. I will hire him again next year for another cleaning.

He removed nearly 7 years of grime and made them look like the day they were installed. In addition he cleaned our large landscape rocks, a stone bench and other garden accents. He also replaced the gravel between our pavers. Now our garden truly is a woodland paradise at home. Luis also cleaned and treated our roof that due to the tree canopy has a tendency to get moss growing on it. He did a fantastic job removing stains from the shingles and put down a vegetation retardant to prevent new moss growth. In addition he cleaned he cleaned our gutters. After being under severe stress to get my repairs done, and before getting estimates from other subs, I reluctantly agreed to Zelle him money for "materials and some labor". Thankfully, before he started, I had another estimate with a more reliable contractor who went ahead and purchased the materials and send me a photo of the receipt. David's "materials costs" were $600, per his proposal and $800 for labor. The better contractor showed a receipt from Lowes for $70 for ALL MATERIALS!! Additionally, the contractor I went with only charged me $400 for labor!!! I immediately requested a refund from David, which he agreed to. Two days later, no refund. I texted him a few times, didn't hear anything back. I even texted him this review, no response! I will now have to file a claim with my bank. He is a total ripoff artist, liar and hounds potential clients until you agree or block him. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! BEWARE! He did no work and isn't willingly giving me my money back! $800!!!! Crazy. He shouldn't even be on Yelp.

They did not account for the 3-story height of the home as they threw shingles off and they landed on my newly powder coated (offsite) front steps all the way to my front door, and on a brand new deck and new patio table and chairs. I'm writing today because I noticed my painted metal patio table and chairs that were all scratched as a result of flying metal and shingles (as was my newly painted front railing) are showing premature wear as a result. My sandstone steps also had black marks from landing shingles. When I spoke to them about all the debris and damage they all but suggested it wasn't their fault. They asked me to email photos which I did and never heard back. I was too upset to pursue any further action at the time. One thing they did do was show up the next day unannounced and started sanding the black marks off my front sandstone steps. When you see the photos keep in mind they were working next door not at my home!!
