My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some…read morecompanies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

This review is for: Phoenix Roofing; 14408 Detroit Rd; Lakewood, OH 44107; 330-524-8323…read more I can't say enough great things about Phoenix Roofing and owner, Bo Pilkington, who kept me fully informed every step of the way, from first estimate to garage roof install. The Phoenix crew practically rebuilt my garage, installing badly needed support to the garage sides and back wall. Do yourself a huge favor & let Phoenix Roofing do the job right the first time. My garage roof was severely damaged during April 1st storm. I did my research & over the last 2 months, received quite a few roofing companies estimates. Some requested signing a contract, which I of course read and chose not to sign. A couple had open ended clauses which would have enabled the company to charge unlimited extra material and extra labor costs. Phoenix Roofing does Stellar work, charges a more than fair price and deserves your business. Carol Ann Lambert Puritas Ave, Cleveland
