ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!! I called Absolute Roofing and had them come out and Look at my mom's chimney cap/ vent because it was missing 2 screws and slightly leaning to the right. So after showing up and inspecting the roof, I was told that in order for them to replace the 2 missing self-tapping screws it would cost $400 because I would need to select their basic roof maintenance package. That was fine. I was also told that I had to put a 25% deposit down and that was fine with me. I was told some roofers would be back out within 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of nothing, I decided to call. I was put on hold. I was told a project manager would call me back within 24 hours and schedule the appointment for the work . No one ever called ... so i called in 24 hours and was told the same thing and this went on for 7 more weeks. I had enough so i called and told the receptionist that I was tired of being lied to and that I was going to stop my and get my deposit back . She called me back and scheduled me for May 4th at 9am. It's now May 4th at 9:30am and no roofers. I call Absolute and was told that they would arrive at 11:30. A couple minutes later the roofers called and told me they would be over by 11. So they were 7 weeks and 2 hours late. Right when they showed up, I told Dylan that if the flashing around the chimney was solid, not to replace it and he right away got nasty with me and said that he's going to do what the work order says. I told him it's my roof and if i tell you not to touch something , you don't touch it. After that, Dylan decided to throw a temper tantrum the whole time. He continuously rolled his eyes and smacked his lips toward me. He even stuck out his baby bird chest and widened his arms as to intimidate me. By him acting how he did, the police were almost called. He put big globs of rubber silicone all over the side of my mother's house. It looks HORRIBLE !!! there's also big globs of silicone all over the roof like they were wiping their had off on the shingles. I had to go up on the roof and clean up after them. HORRIBLE WORK and a HORRIBLE experience ! Almost forgot to mention that their truck leaked oil all over my moms newer driveway. read more

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Absolute Roofing. My salesman, Carl, started with a roof inspection. He sent me photos and we discussed all the problem areas. He then provided a quote for the necessary repairs along with some other add-ons that were optional. I decided to replace the roof, gutters and had some masonry work done. Carl also provided product and warranty information along with color sample boards. Once I narrowed the shingle color down, Carl provided addresses of homes in the area that had the colors I was interested in, so I could see exactly what the roof would look like. This was very helpful. The work was completed and I am extremely happy with the results. The crew did a great job cleaning up debris from the yard. Carl even returned afterwards and hung a picture that had fallen off the wall during the roofing process. Excellent company, I highly recommend. read more

I have a 1930s bungalow that has very challenging roofing needs and Absolute has delivered on service every time. When they originally did the full tear-off and new shingle work they were literally the ONLY roofing company that went the extra step of explaining why a ridge vent wouldn't work for my home. I hired Absolute Roofing to repair a roof on our 100-yr old dairy barn. I found the original matching tile roofing material from a home being renovated. A portion of the roof decking and ridge beam had deteriorated. They repaired the beam, and the decking was replaced with new planks matching the original configuration.
