Hired Relief Roofing for roof, siding, door and window repairs after a tornado in 2010. After job…read morewas completed, the new roof leaked after the first rain. They sent a team back out to fix it and repair the ceiling inside. Since that time the roof has continued to leak, and water has come through the ceiling below with large amounts of rain. I've called them back out to repair the roof with each big rain, have been told that it is fixed and then found that the roof has continued to leak with the next big rain. After attempting to reach them again this fall and having no success, I contacted another agency who came out and inspected the roof and immediately found the source of the leak from where the roof was installed incorrectly. I have shared the repair bill with Relief Roofing and have yet to receive a response.

Then I found Anthony from American Roofing Inc., and everything changed. From the start, Anthony was professional, honest, and clearly experienced. He worked closely with me to deal with State Farm, who pushed back every step of the way. Thanks to Anthony's persistence and knowledge, we finally got the approval needed to move forward, and the roof was repaired the right way. The crew did excellent work, kept me informed, and left my property completely clean. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company that actually delivers, I highly recommend American Roofing Inc.

Our neighbor was very happy with her new siding and roof and highly recommended Sure Roof to us. Tony came out to our house within days and had new plans sent to our insurance company. He did all further communication and negotiations with our insurance adjuster and the process began quickly. Orlando was the person who handled the everyday rebuild of the garage and interior work. The team showed up as scheduled, working Saturdays and sometimes well into the evenings. I always knew the game plan and was updated several times a day. My home was left as clean as possible, the craftsmanship is meticulous, and the team went above and beyond to get us back into our home. Orlando and Tony keep everything moving smoothly and efficiently. There were so many awesome tradesmen: Ted (or T.J.) and his team was amazing with the windows and siding; Don the interior painter is a perfectionist. Their team has longevity and good working relationships. Above all, we were treated like family.

I call them whenever I need services on the exterior of my home. They installed a new roof on my garage (excellent), they repaired/installed gutters on my garage, they installed screens on all my gutters to keep out leaves (their gutter guy Joe handled his business), Last year they installed 23 new windows in my house (Mike did an excellent job on the install) Good quality windows provided by SureRoof.. They recently (October 2022)installed vinyl siding on my house and garage (beautiful work). (Their siding guy Ted is truly a pro that takes pride in his work, his trim work is impeccable). And lastly Carmen the receptionist, so sweet and always a pleasure to talk too, she answers your questions and if she doesn't have the answer she always finds out and calls right back, she never leaves you hanging. Overall I highly recommend SureRoof. Giovanni and his crews are 5 stars in my book.

The insurance adjuster was more than happy to give me a quote based on my own work and restoration. (That time I injured my lower back hauling debris.) That was several years ago, recently I had a tree fall on my property from my neighbors yard damaging my fencing, vehicle and home. I started doing the same thing quickly as a concerned husband and father to make sure my family was safe and had adequate shelter at the end of fall. It was cold and I moved everyone to our master bedroom to stay warm that night. The tree knocked down all the power lines and it was hours before the electric company shut it off. This sent several surges of electricity to our home damaging the furnace and appliances among other things. My neighbor hired Angelo from Americon Restoration. It just coincided we were outside at the same time. I was clearing the small debris panicked after I had just called my insurance company. They were professional but seemed to lack the sense of urgency. He spoke to us briefly and put my mind at ease. I clearly had no idea what I was doing. They consulted with me and our insurance company through the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone including my friends and family. I won't do this again on my own again. Angelo and John were always a text or phone call away. I hope we don't have to use them again for a natural disaster or emergency but if we do I will surely contact Americon.
