More importantly he understood what we needed and did not try to upsell us. This was only a small project but he treated us like a big customer. A couple of weeks later Matt came to install the windows. This is an old house but he skillfully corrected for out of square openings. I had purchased storm doors on my own. I had them here and Matt went ahead and installed them while he was here. That was an added charge of course but he did the job 10 times faster than I would have and this way there was no tool throwing involved! When it rained that night, they re-applied the sealant the next day. The patio & porch are stamped concrete and were sealed the following evening with Butterfield color pro 350 wet-look sealer with shark grip. Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered all questions and provided guidance on dealing with stamped concrete.
