Very professional; any mess was cleaned up on a daily basis, workers were polite and attentive to their work...if they didn't like the look of what they had done...they did it again! They corrected previous work done by a DIY'er...for instance French doors leading to sun porch had been improperly installed...they took them out and fixed didn't have to we would never have known but they wanted it right. The work took longer than expected due to bwd weather but it has been done properly.

I have been doing construction for 30 years myself, so I am very familiar with the trades and construction, but this project was too big for me to tackle myself. I was nervous hiring someone, and we had 6 contractors look at the job, but I could not be happier with our choice of using JLS. Extremely professional, great communication and very easy to work with. I made several changes and added multiple things as we went along but Scott made the whole process very smooth and his prices were very reasonable, several extra things he just took care of at no cost. I watched them closely and they give a lot of attention to detail, they were very clean. They were like family by the end of the job, I was even comfortable leaving the doors unlocked as they were good people. If you are nervous about hiring an honest and reasonable contractor that does quality work, you will not need to worry if you use JLS. They surpassed my expectations!

I had a lot of rotted spots that they were able to fix without any issues. despite all the rotted wood that needed replaced, they were still able to finish in a day. it looks like a different house. Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris.
