We interviewed six contractors before selecting Joe McShane of McShane Construction to do the work. We could not possibly be happier with the outcome of this substantial project. Joe McShane is a man of his word. If he tells you that something is going to be done by a certain date, it will be. And it will be done with strict attention to every detail. Joe only works on one project at a time, and he devotes his complete and undivided attention to the matter at hand. He has a crew that can assist with demolition and other portions of a project, but he personally attends to all matters where the homeowner expects to see exquisite craftsmanship. In particular, Joe's ability to carefully lay out and install tile for bathroom shower walls, seats, and the bathroom floor is the best in the business.
