Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Prior to receiving these other quotes, we called the office to ask about financing or if there was an incentive to pay in cash. The call was never even returned. The estimate was free, so no real loss on our end. Disappointed nonetheless. Edit: Since I cannot respond to the company's response, I will do so here. I have read the Ohio mask mandate, thank you, and your snarky response is unhelpful. It's not about the mask mandate, it's about common courtesy. More specifically, the lack thereof. Furthermore, temperature checks are only helpful if a person is showing symptoms. Asymptomatic spread is a concern, thus the mask my fiancé wore as a courtesy to your employee. Per my fiancé, whom I believe more than a random person, we were not given any options for shingles other than pattern and color. We did request a quote for new gutters not because ours are in bad shape, but because the previous owner had painted them, and we want them replaced. The gutters were not on the quote we received, so that does not explain the drastic difference in price between quotes. Lastly, we received zero return calls from your company, or anyone claiming to represent your company, other than one after we made the original call to ask about financing or incentive to pay cash. That call back was someone telling us that the gentleman who was at our house had not returned back to the office, so financial talks would have to wait. No follow up after that. Take care.

I made a snap decision on a shingle color from a small sample while talking to the TLC rep for ten minutes and have regretted that decision ever since. The TLC rep made no mention of researching the color selection so it is up to the customer to do so. To be fair the roof job went very well. All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.
