The inspector said this was the worst workmanship he's ever seen and to have Akcurat call him. I called Ty the owner and let him know. The inspector said to stop work and call him.. Ty came got all the tools and left. He turfed my neighbors front yard pulling his trailer out. The basement windows glass block is at a 45 degree angle. Put up used soft when I paid for new. The siding soft and facia are falling off daily. The job wasn't finished. The windows Installed are not level and leaking caused water damage. He took money for things that were not completed or done properly. Save yourself some money headaches and fraud. Avoid this company like the plague. My house is literally falling apart and nowI'm paying a lawyer to get my money back. It's going to cost 3x the original job due to the damage this con artist has caused to my home. Don't believe the fake reviews he's having his friends put up. He used a photo from pintrest and said it was his work... he's a thief that isn't qualified to do anything except steal your money and destroy your home. Not to mention he took 6 months to get to this point and only had a building permit with the city for the first month...

Everything was delayed by months and he made mistakes and lied about previous experience. Lied about getting permit. Agreed to pay us back the first payment but has ghosted us since mid July. Even some of the reviews seem false. I can explain anything via Facebook if you need to reach out! Please please avoid.

we are very pleased with the work done on our home. This was the tear down and rebuild of a sun…read moreporch, removal of a deck, upgrade of electrical and re roof entire house. I now know what proper construction looks like. Very professional; any mess was cleaned up on a daily basis, workers were polite and attentive to their work...if they didn't like the look of what they had done...they did it again! They corrected previous work done by a DIY'er...for instance French doors leading to sun porch had been improperly installed...they took them out and fixed didn't have to we would never have known but they wanted it right. The work took longer than expected due to bwd weather but it has been done properly.
