The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services. I thought it was quite strange he didn't write down anything as I was showing him what needed to be done. He told us he would have to contact his suppliers to determine an accurate estimate. He never called back and I ended up calling him a week later. He told me he would have an estimate ready by the end of the day. Again, he never got back to us. I called him again about a week later and left a voicemail. Still no response after a week. I can understand if something came up or if he didn't want to do the project upfront when we met. Their quotes have always been the most reasonable I could find in the area. Moreover, the level of honesty, professionalism and responsiveness is unprecedented. Petti Construction replaced our roof last week and the crew of 8 was polite, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job the entire day. They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof). Petti Construction delivers on what they promise every single time. In fact, after a bad storm, Gary Petti just stopped by to check on the roof without any prompting from me!
