Neighbor across the street just told us he had the same issue with them right after they installed his roof and he just gave up and had another roofing company come out to fix it. My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some…read morecompanies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

The bid was $11.000.00 with a required $3,100.00 deposit. Tim paid us the deposit after singing the proposal / contract. We finished painting the home, submitted the invoice but Tim Patterson mentioned that he did not have the funds because of a seven day hold placed on a check to his company "330 Exteriors. Tim looked me in the eye as he shook my hand reassuring me that we would be paid...as soon as the check cleared...that was 2 weeks ago and Tim Patterson has yet to return my phone calls and texting... So my review of Tim Patterson and 330 Exteriors is not good...I tried not clicking on the stars above in the select your rating menue but a No Star review would not go through...So I had to click one star for this review to post...I like the "Eek! Tim Patterson seems nice but he is a scumbag and a liar…read more Quoted a good price, then out sourced to another team that completed quickly (he acted like it was his crew but it wasn't). A year later my two original leaks that I had a whole roof tear off for are still leaking, 2 other roofers have verified 2x chimney boot stacks were never replaced as quoted and the 90lb asphalt for the flat part of roof was wrong material and should never have been used. Assuming the actual shingles, underlayment and replaced boards were done right fixing the flattop and chimney stacks will cost me $2k. Contacted Tim right after major leak occurred, he agreed it should never have happened since full tear off. Asked for more detailed about location of leaks and promised to be out by the following Tuesday - ghosted after that. I waited several weeks and "left 5 voicemails and 4 emails trying to connect - was polite as I was still hoping for an easy resolution, mid March I filed a BBB complaint (he has yet to respond to). I finally brought in other roofers to estimate repair - then emailed him and told him I'd still like to resolve but have confirmation and estimates that work wasn't done properly. He said he'd send a crew over to repair by end of the weekend but ghosted. Will be suing Tim Patterson so that others can be warned. Luckily his promises to fix and ghosting and non-response to BBB will help me in court show that he made no good faith effort to resolve and I was more than reasonable. Next step is getting my insurance company involved for their vested interest as this was an insurance claim. Buyer Beware!!
