I then asked him about when would he be over this way and he told me an hour and a half or so. I waited until 10:58 a.m. to call him back and see how close he was. He then told me that it'd be a couple hours but he would definitely be over here before 3:00. At 3:00 I called him and ask him when is he coming over. I left the voicemail. He called me back a few minutes later and you want to talk about being unprofessional. I asked him if he's still coming over. He told me you're going to have to go find somebody else.

They started on the outside and when they came to the inside of the house, they had mud on their shoes and dirt on the ladder. They said they couldn't take their shoes off or put boots on because it would be slippery which I understand what they could do is bring an indoor set of shoes that they change and put the boots on so they don't dirty our carpets. When I pointed out if they dirty the carpets, they clean the carpet. The technician said he doesn't want that responsibility. Just packed up and left. Talk about being unprofessional! I called and spoke to the owner and he didn't seem to be very concerned so I guess it's time to find someone else to do those services.

While cleaning my porch, the bottom of my storm door window was punctured by a tiny rock. I did not…read morenotice it, since they weren't cleaning windows, so I paid them. An hour later, the hole had spidered webbed out across my entire storm door. I sent Josh numerous emails & texts about this, saying I would try to reuse an old window I had. He NEVER even bothered to acknowledge my messages. My old window doesn't fit either. A decent company would have at least offered to replace it or at the very least apologize. Terrible company.
