I received a text to come back because they were finished so I did. I met them in the hallway, paid them, then we went our separate ways. I got into my apartment and it's not clean. The floors aren't clean. There's dust on things. They didnt sweep or even pick up under the furniture. The bathroom is cleaned pretty well. The living room/kitchen are not. I sent her a text expressing my disappointment and was ignored. And did I mention this is a 450 sq fr studio apartment?

My husband and I joked that in the whole time we lived there it had never been that clean. On top of that, 2 weeks ago our dogs were sprayed by a skunk and we'd been struggling to get the lingering smell out. When we walked in, we detected absolutely no skunk smell. I have absolutely no complaints and would 100% use this company again.

Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.

My husband and I had a quote from another company, but Efficient Moving was half the price! Plus, they took apart and put back together some pretty complex furniture for us. They charge only for what they move, so if you move your own things ahead of time or add more to your list (we did both of these things), you only pay for what work actually occurred. I used to move a lot for work and had company-paid "professional" movers that pale in comparison to these guys. I honestly can't imagine going with anyone else when moving. Unfortunately for us, this new house will likely be our forever home, so we won't be needing them again...but I wish we could hire them again and again! YOU DEFINITELY SHOULD. You won't regret it.
