The crew in vegas was nice. They covered floors before packing unlike the crew who unpacked. They were cordial, respectful, professional unlike the driver ( NEW PLANET ) that brought my goods. They almost forgot to assemble 1 TV stand. The crew were hardworking tho but the driver Mike wasn't. Also my goods came after 22 calendar days instead of 10 days that I agreed upon. I just wished the crew in vegas asked me first if some items are needed to be packed or not coz there are some that were useless and got packed like yellow phone books. The new planet crew came without liners to protect my newly steamed wood floors and carpets so they tried to use packing cloth materials. I spent so much for that steam cleaning!!! read more

attention .. do not use this moving company they will put your furniture in storage for a month until they have a truck going to the state you are moving to . they dont count the weekends for your deliver date but pick your stuff on weekends .they will charge you $350 if they truck do not fit on your street to deliver your furniture . management lies to you they have rude customer service after they get your business and stuck in a contract. i have emails to prove it. also they will pick your furniture up in 18 wheelers but deliver in u-haul... smh .. facebook post and instagram next . i wanted to talk to the owner never did. so i hope he or she sees this review. read more

There will be extra fees especially if you have a smaller load and they are unable to find another customer to spread the cost of the gas, truck etc. , there will be an issue with access so that a random excess charge is assessed. The amount of the charge depends on the neighborhood or which direction the wind blows.The extra fees are demanded in cash. Caveat emptor ask how much the extra fee will be before you agree to a contract. We read all the supposed great reviews but afterwards found that our experience with the company was not an uncommon event.Do your research. read more

Would leave a 0 star review if possible. Was told they would be there between 7 and 8am, they didn't show up until 20 minutes to 10. Added on a bunch of fees for packing materials and tried to charge more for "drive time" than we were quoted. They also made me sign a release that they weren't liable for any damage. Oh, and the excellent (yes sarcasm) driver hit our tree and broke it off. They were incredibly rude to deal with. We sent them away. read more

We hired Triple 7 movers to move a piece of outdoor equipment. One hour into the job, they notified us they did not have proper tools to complete disassembly. Options provided to us were to pay for additional work/drive time for them to get correct tool, or pay for 2 hour minimum work today, and start again tomorrow with a new 2 hour minimum. We determined we would not like them to continue given those options and were then told we owed the full amount due on quote despite the job being stopped when it was half done. When expressing frustration over how their lack of preparation should not be our expense, we were threatened with "these calls are recorded, we have you agreeing to pay for the job" and "we will call the police if you choose not to pay in full". I'm sure this company has been successful in basic moves in the past, but threatening with police and recorded calls when not completing a job due entirely to their lack of proper tools seems entirely unprofessional and short sighted. In the end, we settled with paying them for 1 hour of a job half done. We're understanding that issues happen, but the way they chose to communicate and handle their issue was incredibly disappointing read more

I used this company to move from Ohio to PA. $6K move and they were 7 hours late. I opted to buy additional packaging for the 3 TVs. $150 total. Which they sold me and packed them in. The most expensive one was shattered. After a wait of 4 months they offered me $15 or .60 a pound for the $3000 Sony 65 inch OLED TV for which they sold me an implied warranty with out any as-is notation on the bill of lading. Run from these crooks. read more

If zero were possible that's the rating I would give. Do not use this company. They are dishonest. They showed up 4 hrs late with my furniture and proceeded to leave thousands of pounds of furniture in my garage still wrapped in cellophane. I called the company numerous times, and each time they told me that they would have to talk to the men who delivered the furniture to find out why they left so much stuff in the garage. They promised to call me back each time. They never called back and never did anything to resolve the issue. They were also incredibly rude on the phone. The final dishonest part is that the company advertised themselves as a family owned local business in Ohio, but actually were a company based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nothing about this company is honest or forthright. Stay away if you want to get what you pay for. read more
