They had a special online for 25 windows for $199. I scheduled with them via FB and they cancelled on me two times before finally booking a new date the third time. They were here all of 40 minutes and did a half assed job. They missed two windows in the garage that were filthy. When I messaged them about it, they ignored my message. The fee covered 25 windows and my house only has 14...and they missed two and couldn't work with me to rectify. They also very poorly cleaned the window sills, which was one of the huge reasons I wanted the windows cleaned. I would not hire them again between their poor communication and their lack of customer service. read more

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, DON'T PREPAY. I paid in advance for their gutter cleaning service. Sent payment upon placing order on 2/20/18 . Left many messages and e-mails. Finally set appointment for April. No show, no call. We waited a couple of weeks and tried again. Slow to respond. Set 2nd appointment for May. No show , No call. Waited a couple more weeks, Set an appointment for Friday June 22, again no show, no call. Have called daily since and I am now requesting a full refund. We shall see. Look for another company and save yourself the frustration!!! Will not return phone calls! I've used them in the past they are mostly no shows if you can even get on a schedule. Last cleaning you could tell they didn't want to be here and did a poor job. Pre-paid for their services, and scheduled a time for them to come and clean our windows. No show, no call. Called them and left a message, never received a return call. Finally reached them and scheduled a second time, once again, no call, no show. Called and left another message, no return call. Finally reached them again and warned them we were going to report them to the news and bbb if they didn't come and perform the job they'd already been paid to do. They promised they would be here at 9am (3rd attempt), and they were 15 minutes late. They offered over the phone to clean our window's in the fall for free, but gave nothing in writing after they finally showed up and completed the work. I purchased a Groupon for gutter cleaning services with Sure Shine in December, 2017 I tried to schedule that month, but they said they would not be able to come until March, 2018 due to weather. Conveniently, that was also after the Groupon was going to expire. I reviewed my Groupon in February, and discovered it had been redeemed without my authorization. I complained to Groupon, who gave me credit towards another Groupon. I assumed the redemption was simply a clerical error, so I purchased the same Groupon for gutter cleaning services. I contacted Sure Shine in February, to schedule in March as they had said. No response. I contacted them repeatedly after that. In March, the second Groupon was redeemed without my authorization. I contacted Sure Shine, who told me not to worry about the Groupon, and promised to come in April. They never showed up as promised. I finally gave up on them, opened a PayPal dispute with Groupon, and got my money back. Check other reviews of this company. Other customers have had similar problems. read more

We paid in advance but unfortunately had to reschedule several times - sometimes at our request and sometimes theirs. The guys showed up on time and masked for today's appointment. Took them about an hour to clean inside & out of every window and sliding glass door in the house, including our 4-season sunroom. Great work, polite and professional. They even put all the window grilles I had removed prior to their arrival back in place. We will definitely make this an annual event!!! read more

DO NOT USE this company. I ordered a Groupon and on two different occasions, they were a no call no show. They do not answer their phone or return calls and their text message responses are not timely meaning it often takes several hours and several messages to prompt a response. The second time they were scheduled I even reached out the morning of and confirmed the time and still no show or response other than "Im reaching to him". I canceled the Groupon and will find a more reputable company to do business with. read more

Extremely disappointed... I contacted them regarding their gutter cleaning services and I would absolutely not use their business again. I originally set up an appointment for them to come to my home around my work schedule and their crew showed up without any equipment! Told me they would be unable to complete the job and needed to reschedule... I have no unique issues with my home that would make this necessary! Needless to say, I rescheduled my appointment for another day which my girlfriend was home but I was not able to supervise - mistake. They spent a total of 15-20 minutes total at my home and only completed the first level gutters which I can easily clean myself. Didn't even touch the second story of the home that were clogged. I attempted to reschedule the cleaning due to my disappointment and the owner has not been available to fix the issue. Don't waste your time with this company!! I would give them a 0/5. Basically stole my money. I will work with someone else. read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! Just as the other reviews state, they did not show up when scheduled or even have the decency to contact me to tell me they weren't coming. When I texted, called, and emailed Tim Huber, the owner, he refused to reply. When I stated in one of my phone messages that I will be to filing a theft of services police report they decided to text me and said they would refund my money the following day (yes, I stupidly prepaid for their service). Lesson learned. Not only have they NOT refunded me the $127 that I paid to have our windows cleaned, but once again, refuse to acknowledge my texts, emails and phone messages. I will be filing the police report and a complaint with the BBB. By the way, they have an F rating with the BBB! This rating is not based on reviews, but on customer complaints. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing a Groupon for Sure Shine. I don't know how this company stays in business if the reviews are any indication of how they operate. I've never written a bad review in my life, but this place is so awful that I feel like it's my duty to fellow consumers to share my experience. If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would. After several appointments, cancelations and no-shows my windows still have never been cleaned. However, when I logged into my Groupon account, I saw that Sure Shine had redeemed the voucher for payment stating they had performed the service and it was completed on July 31st. It's August 19th and my windows HAVE NOT been cleaned. I contacted Groupon about this issue and they are "reviewing it." The only way to contact Groupon Customer Service is via email. I've not heard back from them, but thankfully, my credit card company credited the $119 back to me after I disputed the charge. I purchased the Groupon on July 23rd after which I attempted to contact Sure-Shine several times to schedule window cleaning. I left several messages and none of them were returned. I saw on their website that I could contact them via email or text, so I emailed them. I received a reply apologizing saying her grandmother had been ill and she'd been out. I said I understood. An appointment was scheduled for July 30th. I received an email on 7/29 saying rain was expected so they were canceling. It didn't rain. They made another appointment, but it had to be rescheduled. That time, the workers never showed up and no one called to explain why. I contacted the person I've been dealing with via text and was told the tech broke his hand and was on his way to the hospital. Okay, that's understandable as to why they didn't show up, but why didn't they contact me - I had to contact THEM! I was told they'd get back to be ASAP to reschedule. Nope; that didn't happen. I had to contact them! The appointment was rescheduled again for August 16th and AGAIN no one showed up! I left several messages and texts that day and didn't hear from anyone for three days. I received a text today with no apology, no explanation as to what happened, just simply "I have the perfect spot for you tomorrow afternoon around 2 pm. Could you make that work?" Are you serious? They have to be kidding. Even if my money had not been returned, I would have said no thank you! I told them I canceled my Groupon and had been refunded the money. I received another text stating "my personal apologies to you." Here's a novel idea: How about better customer service and then you wouldn't have to make so many apologies? read more
