Used these guys 6 yrs ago for house power washing . Great job . Called them for gutter cleaning and repair. They never answer the phone , don't answer emails. Finally got a text at the last minute to schedule . Two men came out and cleaned the gutters ( I guess they did a good job , I can't get up on a ladder and look). I asked for a leak repair , but they told me it couldn't be repaired , needed replaced .. which is fine . They charged me $275 for gutter cleaning ( kind of high , but ok since I couldn't do it myself) and then another $75 for repair, that was never done . Tried contacting them numerous times to get a refund of $75. No luck . read more

Quick response & scheduling. No response to follow up on repair or billing questions.

Our Sump Pump failed after some recent down pouring storms hit central Ohio. I submitted a query on their web page before bed on a Tuesday evening and Daniel responded promptly Wednesday morning and was in route shortly after having a brief conversation with me. He was punctual and very professional!! I could tell right away Daniel knew what he was doing and that put me at ease!! He had the equipment and all the replacement parts necessary to complete the job. I'll definitely be using these guys again!! Thanks Daniel!! #sumppump #quality read more

We've used Rannebarger in the past and recently had a time-sensitive need for Dan's services again. I cannot stress just how responsive Dan is!!! We were just beginning the process of getting our house ready to sell - and our realtor wanted to list it much sooner than we had anticipated... So in a panic, we reached out to Dan to see if there was ANY chance they'd power wash in February...LOL... Initially he recommended we wait for warmer weather - understandably - but when we explained the reason and our timeline, he had a crew at our house THE NEXT DAY!!!! What a HUGE relief - esp in the midst of all the stress of moving/selling a house etc! They also did a couple of other tasks as requested - and quickly as well - so we could let our realtor know we were set! House went on the market early March & sold in hours...partially thanks to Dan and his crews!!! Highly, highly recommend! They've done great jobs at everything we've ever had them do - and at VERY reasonable rates!!! Do yourself a favor - call them! read more

After my last review, I was contacted by Rannebarger. He apologized for missing my requests for service and said they would be happy to clean the gutters. I agreed and they sent a team out right away. After they cleaned the gutters, they talked to me about the service and the issues that they found with the drainage. I am very happy with the service that I received. read more

There is so much to say, I could write a short story. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel Dan and his company need to be recognized for their persistence, hard work and skills. Dan not only worked night and day troubleshooting our mystery of a clog, he stayed professional and focused throughout the stress. Dan worked with us to make sure the job at hand was complete and even worked with us financially. I feel more secure knowing that we have a trusting maintenance company for as long as they are around. Thanks Dan for the fantastic job! read more

I contacted Rannebarger Home Maintenance to get an estimate on some work that we needed to have done. Dan came out the same day, although he showed up an hour and a half late, but I didn't mind that. He looked at the job and I specifically asked him after he was done looking if it was a job they could do. He said definitely and that he would provide an estimate that same day. That was on May 20 and despite multiple phone calls on my part, I have heard nothing from them. I would prefer to be giving a glowing recommendation but I'm pretty frustrated at this point. If you don't want to do a job, just be honest with the consumer so that it doesn't waste anyone's time. read more

Wanted to post an update: Rannebarger is still my first call (really, a text) for home issues Early on in the pandemic my finished basement home office flooded due to sump pump issues, and Dan had things expertly inspected and fixed the right way in no time. He was safe, on time, and obviously takes pride and care in his work. Every experience with others on his team has been the same! read more

I would definitely recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance to everyone!! I contacted Daniel via Yelp, and he immediately responded. The fast response time was very helpful. We set up a time for him to come clean the gutters on my house and garage. He was very good at communicating, and even came out to clean them on a weekend, on a Sunday!! He not only cleaned my gutters, but performed a minor fix that was needed on one of them, for no additional charge. We were so impressed and so happy! I was very impressed with the above and beyond customer service, and the very reasonable price. I felt it was a fair price for the work performed! I look forward to working with Rannebarger Home Maintenance & Daniel again in the future. If you go with this company, you will not be disappointed!! read more

Highly recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance. The owner cares about his work and servicing his customers. I've used his services twice for power washing my house and both times was extremely happy with the results! You know how you can smell the exterior of your car after a car was (the soap and wax)? I could smell the clean of the exterior of my house for several day! Not a single spot of concern (mildew dots on white vinyl trim) were missed! Dan took great care to help me prep my house for the wash by ensuring my windows were all closed and locked, moved chairs, and flags, and had me move my car back. All things show me he cares about the final result, not a quick fix. Highly recommend! read more

They cleared out the underground gutter drains and reattached my downspouts to the drains. They were quick to respond, very professional and friendly. He did excellent work and for a great price! I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need work done on my house. And I have already referred my friends to call him for the work that they need done too! read more

I'm big on people/businesses doing what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it for the agreed upon price. Im weird like that...anyway, that's exactly the way Rannebarger runs their business. We've used them a couple of times for leaf removal from gutters as well as a handyman project and each time they've been friendly, professional, on time, and priced fairly. Really glad to have found this company and will absolutely be using them for annual leaf removal as well as handy man services as needed. Thank you, Rannebarger! read more

Very pleased with Rannebarger Home Maintenance. The owner is all in with his work and was very informative on what he was going to do, and walked around the house with me to double check on the assumptions. We talked about possibly doing the roof in the future and he promptly sent me a quote for that. The pressure washing of my house was a third lower price than one of his competitors and I thought the result was great. I will consider doing my roof in the fall. read more

Can't be more pleased with the service from this company. I originally hired for gutter cleaning, but when they started the cleaning, we found the pipe to my hose bib had cracked and they were johnny on the spot in fixing it. He also noticed my sump pump drain wasn't lined up and I had him fix that while they were there also. Fast service, great communication, fair pricing...they will be my go to for all future home maintenance issues. read more

We just had our house and deck power washed by Rannebarger and could not be happier with the quality of work and attention to detail by them. I highly recommend using them as they are well worth the price. We have the house cleaned every 2 years for the last 10 years and this is by far, the best it has ever looked after a wash. read more

It's been over 1 month since Daniel Rannebarger inspected our outdoor drains (we were billed $389 for this service) and he never shared the results or recommendation to fix issues, if any. We have called and left several messages on his website and we still have not heard from him. read more

Cleaned out my gutters, they were supposed to do the downspouts ad well but dud not. Have called and left 5 voicemail messages, two texts and no response back. Beware of this company not doing what they said they would. read more

Service was excellent! HONEST, professional people concerned about doing the right thing for the customer. Proof that a little INTEGRITY goes a long way. The price for the service is competitive, but their approach is priceless - they provide guidance beyond just the service you request so that you are aware of all the issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks for any related services. read more

Sent an inquiry to them yesterday (Tuesday 5/7) regarding some gutter cleanup and backup issues that we were having. Dan (the owner) called me today (Wednesday 5/8) and told me they were available to come by at the end of the day since they would be in the area on another job. They came right on time, asked a few questions, took a preliminary look, showed me some pictures and then started the job. They were incredibly thorough, and within about 90 minutes everything was taken care of at a reasonable price. Got a really good vibe from these guys the whole time. Would definitely recommend them to others. read more

We experienced heavy rains this past weekend at which time it was evident our gutters were clogged. I messaged Rannebarger on Sunday afternoon, received a quote by Monday morning, and the work was complete by Monday afternoon. The technicians were polite, hardworking, and did a great job. I'll will be utilizing their service as a routine preventive maintenance from now on. read more

Very good communication skills. These guys are fast, efficient and very dependable. Dependability is a very big deal to me. 5 stars all around good job! read more

I needed three small jobs done around the house and I was able to get an appointment right away. Daniel really listens to what you need done and makes suggestions if needed. Fast and efficient even on a snowy day! read more

After seeing the reviews on Yelp, I reached out to Rannebarger and had a quote within an hour! And service within 2 hours, for something that I was just hoping to get done before the next big rain! The thoroughness of our gutter cleaning was amazing! Far superior to the other companies that we have used in the past! The gutters are cleaned and all of the nasty gunk isn't left all over our deck and flower beds! I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE! read more

I cannot say enough about the work by Dan. His attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. His cost competitive for the work that he does. I would recommend him to anybody for pressure washing or any of the other maintenance that you may need. read more

Great price and amazing service -they came the same day as I hired them! And our gutters look so much better!!

Based on the excellent reviews, I decided to go with Rannebarger Home Maintenance when my gutters started backing up. Daniel is super-knowledgeable on roof issues and made sure everything was back in working order. I really appreciated his thorough explanation of what was causing the problems, willingness to go over a few other roof concerns, and then being honest and not trying to talk me into anything I didn't need. When things go wrong around the house Daniel is always going to my first choice going forward. Highly recommended. read more

I have known the owner of this business for many many years. He is one of the hardest working people that I have ever known. No job is too big or too small for him and his work is always top notch. Don't hesitate to make Rannebarger Home Maintenance the first and last number to call and you will always have 100% satisfaction. Gerry Ringle read more

Dan was great!!! He came to fix the furnace at my gym! He was available when i needed him and came to help! He didn't leave until the problem was solved and gave me all the time needed to complete the service! He was quick yet effective! Didn't waste any time and honest in his work! Absolutely, the best. I have used them 4x and could not be happier. Dan and his assistant, Alex, are top-notch. If you are having any plumbing issues, don't bother searching anywhere else! read more

I would recommend Rannebarger Home Maintence highly to anyone who needs gutter cleaning. I called Dan and he responded in one day (very busy this time of year). I thought all I needed was a gutter cleaning, but his crew found an extremely clogged drain pipe. Dan was able to come right out to check the situation. He had all the equipment to remove the major clog and open the drain pipe. Dan and his crew are top notch! I have used other companies in the past and his company is the best I have ever seen. Not to have to contact another company to unclog the pipe was fantastic. You cannot go wrong by using this company. They cleaned up everything and repaired where they had to dig. Can't recommend Dan highly enough. read more

I needed a thorough gutter cleaning for my house. Had a quote within an hour and they were able to make it out the same day. During the gutter cleaning, a clogged drainage pipe was discovered. Dan was able to make it out the following day to flush it out. During the camera inspection, a collapsed pipe was discovered. Dan and his crew came out the next day for the repairs (had to wait for pipes and wiring to be identified before digging). Dan and his crew worked efficiently to fix the pipes. During the repairs, a portion of the pipes needing replaced ran under our stone patio. So Dan gave me several options. I decided on a course of action and the crew fixed it all in no time. Dan and his crew worked through rain to get the project completed. The pricing was more than fair, communication with Dan was efficient, and everything was completed quickly with high quality work. I highly recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance. I will be using them again when needed. read more

We live in Florida most of the year, but we come to Ohio during the summer. I received quotes from a few different companies. Dan did a great job at fair price. I would recommend him to everyone. read more

I had to have some work done on my gutters and a small repair in the bathroom. I was at work, so I had my girlfriend meet Dan from Rannebarger Home Maintenance. I contacted Daniel via Yelp at the end of April to request a quote for power washing. He responded quickly via email and also called me. After discussing the work I needed, he quickly sent an estimate via email. He explained he was booked for a few weeks but as I was not in a rush, that was fine. Daniel came yesterday and I can't say enough about the fantastic job he did. My fence, 2 patios and entire house look amazing! He took extra time on the fence & back patio as they were in pretty rough shape. They look like new! He was very careful with our landscaping and was so courteous throughout the entire process. He even asked us about our roof and offered to send an estimate to clean the moss and lichen from the shingles. I highly recommend Rannebarger Home Maintenance. read more

I contacted this company for a quote on power washing. A week later I had not been contacted. I reached out to them again and still no response. Don't need this hassle read more

Super impressed with Rannebarger's service. I had my gutters cleaned. Daniel was quick to respond to my request for a quote, we were able to coordinate via text message which was super helpful, the team was so tidy I could hardly tell they were there. After calling a few places to get quotes to have out gutters cleaned, I called Rannebarger Home Maintenance. After talking to Dan and getting a quote and hearing everything his quote included, I called the other companies and found out they were not going to be doing all of the things Dan included in his quote and their final price was not as reasonable. I was able to make a next day appointment and am happy to say my husband and I are VERY happy with the results! Dan is very professional and I learned the many other services his company provides and he was able to make excellent recommendations for services his company does not provide (which is very few)! Also, living in German Village can make gutter access a little complicated when it comes to the proximity of the other homes and Dan did an excellent job making sure he was able to safely get to all the areas he needed to reach! Again, I highly recommend Dan and his company for any home maintenance services you might need! read more
