RHR did an amazing job on my house that I am getting ready to list. It was a huge 7 hour, 4 person job and a carpet specialist. The crew went right to work figuring out how to tackle the requests from top to bottom by dividing and conquering. The crew was courteous and professional and very thorough. Spaces I didn't think could look clean again were magically spotless. Their services were worth every penny and the cost was very reasonable. Overpriced for the quality of work. They were nice and accommodating with my schedule otherwise.

They cancelled my cleaning the day before (I think they forgot bc I wrote to confirm and then they told me). Rescheduled a week later. I paid several days ahead of time (that's their policy). Texted me early (woke me up) the morning of to say I hadn't paid and they would cancel if I didn't. Got that resolved. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, kitchen, hall, 2.5 baths and family room in four hours. Left dirty and untouched were the master shower, bathtub and floors. The kitchen and hall floors were not mopped, several garbage bins not emptied including two large ones in kitchen. Left dirty linens around. Last time they didn't even bring their own garbage bags. All for $178. Positive: They were on time and the parts they did actually clean were fine. Great service that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a deep clean (although I'm sure their standard services are just as good). We had a team of four in the house for about 5 hours and couldn't be more pleased with the results. 2-3 weeks ago I was blessed to have another peaceful RHR Cleaning services. I purchased 2 hours of service and two ladies were able to get my home "stressfree" upon my return home post work on a late Friday evening. I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute". My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order. These ladies have restored a sense of balance and order into my life through their cleaning approach. They were amazing and extremely professional. This was my first time using RHR Cleaning Services. The booking process was relatively straight forward. I will say the quickest way to get in contact with someone from RHR about pricing and scheduling is via email. They have a phone number that you can call, but don't waste your time. I called several times and still haven't received a call back. Emailing is definitely the way to go. They generally get back to you within the hour. As far as the actual service, the two women that came to my apartment were exceptional. Super friendly and very very thorough. I for sure thought two hours that I booked would be more than enough time. However I was wrong. With how detailed these women are, I would suggest booking longer than 2 hours or limit what areas you want cleaned. They take they're time making sure each area is perfectly completed. I am very please with RHR and would totally use their services again! read more

To start with the pros, the company was able to schedule a cleaning with only a couple days notice, on a busy weekend when other cleaners were booked out, and the cleaning crew was reasonably friendly. For a regular housecleaning or office cleaning, they would have been great. However, I scheduled a move-in cleaning and expected a bit more than what was provided. In my mind, a move-in cleaning is a deep cleaning that includes hard-to-reach places, which I specified on their questionnaire beforehand. When they arrived, they noted that they couldn't clean anywhere that could not be reached via a two-step ladder and that this had been in the contract/estimate which I approved. I'm sure it was there, but of course I had glanced over the several-page contract quickly on my mobile phone. I do understand that they have their policies in place due to liability issues, but to me, this doesn't match my expectations of a "move-in clean" and I feel that their limitations should be clearly stated on the intake questionnaire, not just on the contract/estimate. There were other little things that I just didn't think were quite up to expectations for a move-in clean. There was some mild rust and mildew in one of the tubs that remained after the cleaning (although it was a huge improvement from the way it started) - this was something that could easily be removed with a stronger chemical like CLR, but I don't think they had any extra-strong chemicals like that with them. The baseboards in one bathroom weren't wiped down and are still filthy, and the tub fixtures weren't shined (this takes 20 seconds and makes a huge difference). Finally, to mop, they used a Swiffer wet mop and some extra spray to make it wetter; while I think this would be fine for a regular cleaning, I know there are more effective ways to deep clean hardwood/laminate. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a regular weekly cleaning and the ladies were very nice, and punctual - I was overall satisfied with their work, but I think the company should provide them with more powerful cleaning supplies and fewer limitations for deep-clean jobs. read more

Had my first service done on April 11th. Arrival time is an hour long window, mine was 12:15-1:15pm. Got the call around 1230/1240ish that they were outside. Let Angie and Jean into my apartment and they started working right away while making some small talk. I left them a few minutes later. They text me with any questions and finished earlier than expected so I'll get a refund since it didn't take the quoted length of time. When I got home everything was absolutely spotless. RHR requested that we give them a good review on Yelp following their service - here is the review they deserve. We hired RHR for a "move out" cleaning of our house. We thought paying $645 to a real-estate agent referred service would get us a good cleaning, including carpets, but we are disappointed. Various glass surfaces, such as mirrors were left streaked, some areas were not cleaned at all. They knocked the master bath shower door off the track and did not fix it or inform us, and did not even finish cleaning it. Some faucets were not touched. They missed a lot of the wood work / baseboards, especially behind open doors. Essentially, the non-lead cleaner did a very poor job. They failed to clean the carpets in our closets after being specifically asked to. There was a portion of the cleaning that RHR said required a ladder, for a $50 surcharge, but then never brought the ladder, saying only their handy man service personnel are allowed to use ladders. Since they never brought the ladder, or come back with it, they never did that portion of the cleaning, what ever it was, and we believe we were still charged the $50 fee. Basically, we had to re-clean the entire master bedroom and bathroom, as well as cleaning the closets in the master bedroom. Although RHR recommended three cleaners, we had only two come out, however, we asked if they needed more time to complete the work and they said they did not. Their payment system is odd, payment must be made 24 hours in advance and they cannot accept payment once the crew arrives onsite, which strikes me as very strange since all other in-home services have accepted payment after the service is rendered. Our real-estate agent has removed RHR from his/her recommendation list, citing that a customer should never have to go back over a cleaning company's work. read more

RHR did a great job with my Move-In cleaning request. I purchased a groupon for 2 hours of cleaning with focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. I needed a second refrigerator cleaned in the garage which was very time consuming. Even though I had run out of time with the groupon the two cleaners stayed extra and got the job done! I hired RHR to perform move out cleaning services. I had my carpets cleaned, and then hired 2 people for 2 hours. It was 10000% worth it. They did an amazing job. They were super responsive and contacted me quickly, and answered any and all questions I had prior to the services being performed. (My landlord called the next day to tell me that she's never had a tenant leave a place so clean, and requested their contact info. I had my move-out cleaning done by RHR Cleaning Services and set everything up per e-mail. Response times and online payment are very easy and good. The cleaning personnel showed up exactly in the window that was given to me. I only spend like 3 minutes explaining to them what needed done, since the online form already extensively tells them your priorities (an excellent feature). I was not present during the cleaning, but got back to my old place when they had finished the service. Needless to say that everything was spotless and I got my full deposit back from the old apartment complex (minus the dripping pans in the kitchen, because I chose to have them replaced). I am completely satisfied and am thinking about getting a bi-weekly cleaning service for my new place. Oh and I forgot to mention that they even leave you a small present at the end... I hired RHR for a move-out cleaning for my company's condo. First, I made a last-minute request, and they were able to accommodate. Very impressive. I thought the price was very reasonable for all that they did, but it was the quality of the work that really impressed me. The two-person cleaning crew arrived on time, and they were very professional, extremely thorough, and very efficient--accomplishing a sparkling clean apartment in 2.5 hours. This was a cleaning service for my mother, who is 90. She was fine with the cleaners, who were pleasant, and thought did a good job. The next day I arrived from out of stated and observed that the areas I had asked them to concentrate on - bedroom, kitchen and bath - were nice and clean. I was impressed that they were so conscientious they texted a question to me for clarification while they were cleaning. All in all, I am pleased with the service and will definitely use them again. I would not recommend this business based on some of the worst customer service I have ever received. RHR came to do a deep clean of my house with 3 cleaners for 4 hours at the end of December. The on-site cleaning staff proceeded to clean the porcelain stovetop with an abrasive sponge and/or cleaner, leaving the entire cooktop scratched and damaged. This was brought to the attention of the company and they denied any damage on their behalf. They have not returned any phone calls or texts requesting a direct conversation to remedy the situation. They have made allegations that are false, derogatory and condescending via email. They have made no efforts to acknowledge, rectify or offer a solution to the damage that they caused. I have been marginalized and swept under the rug and have would not want anyone else to be exposed to this kind of business or the way they handle problems that arise. I will echo other comments that the expectations on a deep clean were not realized based on the number of man hours spent and the requested list of priorities. My lists of priorities were as follows: Kitchen, Main Bath, All wood floors, linoleum basement floor, clean windows, general dust/clean of secondary areas: bedrooms, living, dining. The following deficiencies were observed after 12 man hours of cleaning were performed. Windows went unwashed (Kitchen & bathroom), the floors were Swiffered in lieu of mopping as requested on all hardwood. Attention to detail is not a strong suit of this company. For example, the exterior of the vanity sink was left untouched with dirt visible after cleaning, the upstairs was not swept prior to a quick Swiffer, the bedroom mirror was not wiped down, baseboards not wiped down. These issues are secondary to the main damage to the stove-top. Based on the resistance I have received on remedying the damage, this list of deficiencies have not even been breached with the company for fear of backlash and more condescending one sided dialogue. read more

The cleaning staff did an exceptional job, and we would highly recommend hiring RHR to help make your moving experience less stressful. The two cleaners that I had arrived on time, actually 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and had to wait, as I was on my way to the apartment for the move-in deep clean. I had scheduled an extra half-hour in addition to my Groupon. One of the cleaners informed me that it may not be needed, which I thought was great. One of the cleaners also informed me of the things that she saw during the clean that needed to be rectified and/or indicated on the move-in checklist, which I found extremely helpful. They were professional and got right to cleaning once entering my apartment. They finished 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, so I only paid for the extra 15 minutes instead of the half-hour in addition to the Groupon. For the areas that were cleaned, I thought that they did a good job overall, and tipped them well. I also appreciate one of the cleaners' honesty, as I'd overpaid initially - as I got the amount of time that the Groupon covered mixed up - that level of honesty also benefited them when the time for tipping approached (although I would've figured it out after they left). However, I realized that there were areas that were not cleaned that were part of the rooms that were needed (I requested kitchen and bathrooms only) - such as the linen closet and the kitchen pantry. In addition, when checking out the guest bathroom area I saw that the top of the wall tile in the tub area was still dusty and grimy and the tub fixtures weren't shined. I instantly regretted providing them with the level of tip that I had after I saw that those things weren't done - as I would've gladly paid for the additional time that I'd already scheduled for in order to have ALL of the components of the requested areas cleaned more thoroughly. read more
