Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.

When we brought our concerns to management, we were promised several times in writing they would resolve the issues and clean as promised. Instead, they continually sent other teams and had many scheduling issues. Empty promises of correcting the problems time and time again. Finally, today we decided to terminate the service as the team (another new one) didn't even attempt to mop the floors, clean the kitchen counters or clean the master bathroom.
