The bathroom was not done throughly (even after I requested special attention to it becaue I live in a older home). They were late, But I went ahead and decided to schedule with them again because they were so friendly and nice. Two weeks later they were supposed to show up in what I thought would be the afternoon but I got a call around 7:00 PM asking is it OK for them to come?!?? I declined. The lady I spoke with then said that the owner had lost her cell phone and to call her for any services . They never contacted me back shows how much they care! It's a hard pass for me I only considered them again becaue they were so friendly, but definitely not reliable! Beware!

They don't response to phone call or Yelp message when they are late and just disappear. The clean is not good as well. The bathroom floor is still dusted with ugly spot and hair.
