Excellent service! Moved into my house recently and don't think the siding or the windows have been cleaned in years. They now look absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend the gutter whitening...really added to the over all finished look of the house. I was blown away that the owner of the company is actually the guy who cleaned the siding! He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. Only reason they are getting five stars is because I could not give them six! I highly recommend K&T and will certainly remember them whenever I or anyone I know is in need of great, honest work. read more

I have used K&T Windows for 10 years and have always been extremely pleased with the their window cleaning. This time the window cleaning was subpar. During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back. read more

I used them a couple of years ago and they did a great job. Reached out to them last fall, got a quote and set a date/time. However the weather wasn't great that day, they didn't show up. No call for a few days, which surprised me a bit, but whatever, no biggie. Now this March, I ask if the quote from the fall was still valid, they said they weren't sure, then they basically disappeared. I emailed again recently, no reply. So I had someone else take care of things. read more

They communicated well with us, and they did a great job on the windows, I highly recommend them.

I went online, including Yelp looking for window cleaners, for my new place. I found K&T Window Cleaning with good reviews and thought 'Great. If these guys have a decent price I'll book them and cross it off my To-Do list'. That turned out to be Wishful Thinking... I went to their website and filled out a quote form with detailed information about my project. It promised an instant quote. That part was all good and I received the quote quickly. I responded accepting the quote amount. I expected to hear back with next steps but didn't... I then tried responding to the actual quote email asking how to proceed with scheduling. -No response. I gave it another few days and tried emailing again. -Same result. No response... At this stage one would normally give up and move on. However, I'm very busy and thought I would give it one more try to save myself the time of having to go back and do the research, since I had already invested that time, plus the time to try and correspond with them previously. So I called and left a voicemail at the business number. I included the quote number, my phone number and the fact that I had tried to reach them via email several times previously. Yeah... You guessed it... Crickets..!! Nothing. Nada. Zilch!!! So, I'm assuming THESE GUYS ARE either OUT OF BUSINESS, or just too busy to respond to numerous attempts at communication to them. In any case, I have moved on and found window cleaners that are grateful for my business. If anyone is interested in finding out who I actually used for my window cleaning (this company responded quickly, the first time I reached out to them online), please feel free to email me at colin@colinmcguire.com and I'll be happy to share that info. And my windows are finally clean now! read more

I was so hopeful with this company! They were so friendly (although I did have to call them multiple times to schedule) and arrived on time and explained their unique process. The outside looks good but the inside looks like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. I called and emailed repeatedly but they have not responded. Very expensive service (plus they asked for tip). read more

Amazing and affordable window cleaning company. This company is family owned and operated. I met the owner's cousin and wife today. They are very nice and did an excellent job. They were very quiet which we appreciate since we work from home. Windows are spotless along with the screens and sills. After we were finished they pointed out some window issues we were having and walked around and asked if we were satisfied. Nice! read more

We had K&T come and power wash our house. They arrived on time. They were very friendly. And they did it at a very reasonable price and they did a really good job. We plan on using them again in the future to do our windows. read more

K&T did a fantastic job from the time of estimate to completion! They power-washed our house, deck, patio, and driveway, no mess!!! Also, my house feels so clean after they washed inside and out of all our windows. They were on time, in and out, without drama. Fantastic job all around! I already recommended them to one of my real estate clients. read more

I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn't believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did. I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn't get to the screens, and I couldn't clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn't happy with the end result. K&T's price was so reasonable, especially considering all the hassle he saved us. We would highly recommend! read more

K & T Windows did a great job cleaning all the windows in my home to get ready for Spring. I would definitely use them again in the future. Customer satisfaction is very important to this company. read more

Punctual, thorough and professional. They are trusted to work on Christmas lights at my house while i'm not home. I leave the materials on the porch and return home to totes closed up and ready to store. In January when it's time to take lights now, again I leave the totes out and I come home to lights and extension cords nicely organized in the totes ready to store for the year and easy to access for next year light install. Highly recommended. read more

Excellent service from getting the quote to fishing the gig. I wish i took before and after pictures. We had the house power washed and after K and T were done, it looked like the house was freshly painted. K&t window cleaning does an excellent job. They are professional, courteous and on time. I have used them for gutter cleaning, power washing my house, fence and concrete patio, as well as window and blind cleaning. All services were completed flawlessly! Easy to quote and schedule! Birds had taken residence on my front porch soiling carpet, furniture and rails. Came home to a clean and sanitized area which took a time consuming job off my list. K&T will be back after community construction is completed to pressure wash the whole house and wash windows. Reasonably priced for messy jobs. read more

Great hardworking company. I highly recommend them for all your window washing needs. Very Professional!

I recently had K&T clean my windows, including 3 clerestory windows and a chandelier. I could not have been happier with results. The clerestory windows and chandelier have never been cleaned and it's lovely to see them sparkle along with rest of the windows! Kris and Sam were great and took the time to tell me about their purified water system. All I can say is that it worked great and I cannot image washing another window myself! I now have proof that my own window washing attempts were failures! read more

I've had K&T do several jobs including pressure washing and most recently, gutter guard installation. Great job and super friendly folks.

This is the first time I've left a Yelp review but the K & T Window Cleaning service was so fabulous, I had to say something. Khris and Tracy took on my crummy, 55-year-old house windows that were a mess and hard to open. They now look fabulous. I can now welcome the sunshine because it no longer emphasizes the dirt! Khris and Tracy were very nice, efficient, reasonable in price and did a great job. They even tolerated my spastic dog. Thank you for the terrific service! read more

I hadn't cleaned my windows or screens in the 8 years that we've lived in our home, it just wasn't on my list of things that I paid attention to while chasing 2 babies around. Not only do my windows look absolutely amazing after having them cleaned, but my house looks cleaner and brighter! The staff who cleaned my windows and screens were so efficient, polite and professional! I would definitely recommend K and T! read more

K & T Window Cleaning will definitely get my business again! Don't let their name fool you, they powerwash SIDING too (as in my case). I was LONG overdue to get this done. I just kept putting it off because I couldn't find a business I wanted to work with. Finally, I just started Googling and found K&T had a lot of great feedback on their work. Let's start with booking our appointment: It was SO easy! I booked online, selected the service I wanted (they had alot of selections on services and levels of service, WITH pricing!) and the dates and times. The time/date slot I selected was ultimately not available, but I got a super fast text back from K & T to get my appointment rescheduled. Day of service: I got texts telling me the status of our technician (Marshall's) arrival and when he arrived, he was great! Marshall was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our siding was cleaned to our satisfaction. He walked us through the process, told us how long it would take, completed the job and my siding looks amazing! What a difference! It looks like a new house! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I worked with Tracy to get the appointment set up. Kris came on time, with help. Kris and his workers power washed our house and patio area. Kris got the black spot off the siding by the bonus room windows. The last guy that power washed the house wasn't able to get the spot off. The windows were cleaned inside and out. They were able to do the entry windows that were 2 stories up and clean our light in the foyer. We didn't have a ladder that reached and couldn't do it ourselves. The price was reasonable. When we need our windows cleaned again, we will definitely use K & T Window Cleaning. They also do our snow removal too. I am so happy we found them. read more

I have used K&T for a few years now, and am pleased every single time with the communication, transparency and attention to detail. Khris has alerted me to necessary repairs before damage occurred, addressed spots on windows that we had previously been unable to remove, and has generally been a nice person to have in my phone for when crazy things happen with the gutters and windows! I happily refer friends and family to him as I know they will receive the excellent service that I do, and I know you will too! read more

Dependable & Trustworthy at a fair price. Khris has cleaned my windows in the past and did a fabulous job. So, when I needed my gutters cleaned and had waited too long to do so, I thought of K & T Window Cleaning. With all the rain we've had, water was pouring through the bottom of the gutters, not draining down the downspouts. I also had water leaking into my basement through one of the window wells that had rain pouring into it from a clogged gutter. K & T Windows was able to come in just a few days after I requested the online quote. After Khris came and cleaned out my gutters and downspouts everything is draining perfectly and no more water is leaking into the basement. I would definitely recommend them for both gutter cleaning and window cleaning. read more
