Update: they definitely didn't even clean the bathroom cabinet. I'm glad they spent 2 hours doing absolutely LESS THAN the minimal. This is not my nail clipper. Waste of your money. Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not. read more

We hired these folks for a move out clean on a 1900 sq ft home we were renting. They were extremely easy to get a hold of on the phone. We had a short phone conversation about the house and what we were looking to have done, and I was given a quote and scheduled a time on the spot for less than a week out (on a holiday weekend, no less). If I could give less stars I would. This company is so unprofessional and shady. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning which apparently equals 2 people cleaning for 2 hours. I wish my work day worked like that. They didn't do half of my list because they ran out of time. The house was completely empty and they didn't have to do any floors since a carpet cleaner was there simultaneously. I am so disappointed and feel cheated out of my hard earned money. Alma and her colleague were great. Friendly, and got right to work. We got a Living Social voucher for cleaning worth $64 for 4 hours of house cleaning. Two cleaners came for 2 hours, but ended up staying for 2 and a half -- 5 hours of cleaning. I asked if they would do the bathrooms and if they had time, the kitchen. They did both bathrooms, the kitchen, and then some. And it looks amazing. Nothing was left undone. In the kitchen alone they did the basics, plus washing all the cabinets, the toaster oven, the INSIDE of the oven (I didn't know it could look like that), our coffee maker looks like they replaced it with a brand new one. After they left I'd find something ELSE that was clean. They were great. I'd definitely hire them again, especially that pair. They had to cancel when we had originally scheduled, but rescheduling was easy and quick. read more

I just want to say a big thank you to GG Cleanings. I am moving soon, so I needed to have a good clean up at the house. This was my second time using GG Cleaning, both time were excellent!) I ordered the 4 hours deep cleaning and the service was superb the kitchen and the bathroom (most important places) was sparkling clean! Not only did the crew helped me clean up the house, but they also helped me throw away my big heavy couch I wanted to get rid off. The trash station in my apartment complex was quite far from my apartment and the couch was too heavy for the three of us, so I decided we leave the couch on the grass since the crew's service hour was almost up. Unfortunately, the apartment manager did not allow me to have the couch out for a while until I figure things out. The cleaning crew kindly told me that it is okay and they gave their employer a call if they can stay for about 20 more minutes to help me move. They have three more houses to go clean but they didn't mind helping me first. On our second attempt to move the couch to the trash bin, one of the crew member used his own car (a compact sized car) to help me move. I was worried that the couch might break the car but he wasn't concern and insisted it was okay to put the couch on the roof of the car, and the couch was finally thrown to the trash bin. Even though they were behind on their schedule because of the couch situation, they still cleaned and vaccumed the floor before they leave!
