I have never been a fan of cleaning services but they proved me wrong. They called before they came, they arrived on time, 3 people meticulously cleaned my son's apartment to the point that when he arrived home he said "It looks like a new apartment". They did not rush, if I asked for something to be done within reason they gladly did it. I can not recommend them highly enough. Hope to use them again soon. read more

This is a wonderful service. We typically see the same people, which has always made us feel good, obviously they like where they work. The staff is friendly, but not to friendly, when they are in my home it is to work. We don't spend time in long conversations. Hired Mini Maids to clean my vacant rental property after my tenant had moved out. Upon coming back to check out the job, I realized that barely anything in the condo had been cleaned. Sinks were clearly not cleaned, the showers weren't even touched - this was very obvious due to the fact there was still hair on the shower wall (gross detail, but made it very apparent the shower wasn't cleaned). The hardwood floor on the first floor had shoe marks, showing that the floor was not washed. I forgot to leave a check for them prior to them getting there so I stopped over and paid cash while they were there. I feel like as soon as I paid the cash and left, they just stopped what they had started and left. Very disappointed that I spent $172 for absolutely nothing. Called to talk to management and they didn't even apologize. It says on their website, "Customer service is our only product and one that we do not take lightly." I find this comical. read more
