When we brought our concerns to management, we were promised several times in writing they would resolve the issues and clean as promised. Instead, they continually sent other teams and had many scheduling issues. Empty promises of correcting the problems time and time again. They…read moreare definitely Not dog friendly as they left one of our dogs shut in a room that led to the carpet being destroyed. This room was also a room they were asked Not to clean. Our last few cleanings there were multiple areas untouched including basics like opening a bedroom closer door to sweep or wiping a mirror in a bathroom. Difficult to communicate with as well, always putting trash in our marked recycling bin, difficulty with remembering our garage door code (which we kept the same for them).
