The quote for our biweekly cleaning was reasonable and the results have been stellar. Our cleanings are completed by Edith and she always does an amazing job. She really goes above and beyond and we appreciate her efforts. We also love how she folds our towels. I know it seems little but this type of attention to detail is just another example of how she consistently exceeds our expectations. Every other Tuesday (our scheduled cleaning day) is definitely one of my favorite days. There is nothing better than walking into an immaculate house after a long day at the office. More Time For You has been cleaning my home every other week for about two years, and I highly recommend them. They stand behind the work that they do, and seek constant feedback on the performance of their staff. On the one occasion where I had concerns over how a job was done, I received prompt follow up from the owner, who offered to have someone come out the next day and re-do the job. They really do make your satisfaction their number one priority. Other cleaning services have tried to lure me away from More Time For You with lower rates, but I plan to stay with More Time For You because they are always willing to work around my schedule if I need to change a scheduled clean. They are easy to contact via email, and they're quick to reply back if I leave a message. More Time for You has a large enough staff to substitute a different cleaning professional if the person who regularly cleans your house is ill or has the day off. They are bonded and insured and everyone they've ever sent to clean my home has been friendly and competent. More Time for You keeps a file that is provided to their staff about any particular requests or quirks you have concerning the cleaning of your home. Example: My husband works evenings and nights, so he usually sleeps until mid-afternoon. People who clean our home are instructed to start in the basement, and work their way up, instead of starting upstairs (where the bedrooms are). More Time for You is way more than just a cleaning service, offering lawn care, handyman services, and other similar services to help you make your time your own. I personally haven't used any of these other services, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them a try if I needed them. I discovered More Time for You via a search on the Internet, and I tried them on a whim, without a recommendation. I am so happy I found More Time for You! I am a bit of a workaholic and so I didn't have a lot of time to a research a cleaning service. They had a lot of online reviews and I could get information, including a price online. Once they started, I was immediately impressed with the quality of cleaning as well as how good the communication was. They really do care!! I also like that they send just one person to clean my house - it just makes me feel a little more comfortable. And I love that they also have a handyman, Tim. He has taken care of all sorts of things for me including some really simple tasks that I just could not do on my own like change some light bulbs!! Worst cleaning company EVER! Different person doing the cleaning every time. They make a lot of promises in the beginning but none of the cleaners follow through. They expect me to do their job for them by soliciting CONSTANT feed back. That's their only form of quality control. Never once has anyone come out to check on how the cleaner is doing. I am still with them but looking for a new company. I saw that the owners friends have the only two reviews posted here so I thought I would contribute my feed back. The company should rename itself, "No Time For You." Every time I've called to see if I can use their services, I've been turned away because they don't have anyone available. I asked for an emergency lawn mow on a Saturday, it was Thursday before they arrived.
