We have used Adapt for several months and unfortunately the service has continually gotten worse,…read moremonth after month. From a good clean to barely wiping things down. When we brought our concerns to management, we were promised several times in writing they would resolve the issues and clean as promised. Instead, they continually sent other teams and had many scheduling issues. Empty promises of correcting the problems time and time again. Finally, today we decided to terminate the service as the team (another new one) didn't even attempt to mop the floors, clean the kitchen counters or clean the master bathroom. Would not recommend Adapt Cleaning!

I found this service from a Facebook ad, took a chance and have been a loyal customer for around six months. The cost is the best I could find (other than individuals who clean but are not a company per se). Even if they charged more I'd stay with them. They are so easy to deal with and do all they can to accommodate any and all of our needs, schedule, etc. I do recommend Adapt Cleaning. We really are grateful for the great work our cleaning team does.

I do recommend Juniors Cleaning Services …read more My experience with them was wonderful and the end result of my house smelled delightful and looked amazing. I always maintain my house organized and cleaned and a "deep cleaning" definitely comes in very handy at least once a month especially when you're working and animals. They came in a crew of 3 and in less than 1.5 hours, my house was cleaned. The size of my house is approximately 1024 sq. ft. I will definitely use them again. They do not clean refrigerators. Communication is a key essence so prior to them coming out, be sure you discuss "all that you anticipate or would want". They are professional, their communication is great as they respond to the calls or text on a timely manner and they bring their own cleaning supplies. Will be using them again.

Absolutely Amazing -- Highly Recommend Nelson's Cleaning Co.!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Nelson's Cleaning Co. and the incredible job that Julia Nelson and her son, Luis Nelson, did on this house. To say the house was in rough shape would be an understatement. It was a complete mess and extremely dirty, and it needed a serious deep cleaning. Julia and Luis arrived and started working at 7:00 AM and didn't finish until 4:30 PM. They worked incredibly hard the entire day, and the results absolutely showed it. The transformation was a complete 180°. I was honestly amazed at how different the house looked when they were finished. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They didn't cut corners or simply make things look clean on the surface--they took their time and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. You can tell that Julia and Luis genuinely take pride in the work they do. What impressed me just as much as the finished product was their work ethic. Seeing a mother and son work together for that many hours and put that much effort and care into someone else's home says a lot about the kind of people they are and the type of business they run. Nelson's Cleaning Co. completely exceeded my expectations. The house went from being extremely dirty and overwhelming to looking clean, fresh, and completely transformed. If you are looking for a cleaning company that is hardworking, dependable, thorough, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Julia and Luis at Nelson's Cleaning Co. They absolutely earned this 5-star review, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you, Julia and Luis, for all of your hard work. You did an AMAZING job!
