He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. When I called, Tammy answered and she was polite, professional and gave me a quote for a new water heater over the phone. After getting other quotes all within similar range, Tammy's gracious attitude was the main reason I called back to schedule with Ohio Water Heaters. Tammy got me scheduled for the following morning. Jordan and Andrew showed up super promptly. After showing Jordan the water heater to be replaced, we discussed my 1952 built house. I explained that all repairs were replacing the cheapest possible patch jobs from the previous owners. Jordan asked if it would be ok with me if he and Andrew moved the shoddy (my word, not Jordan's) connections and tidied everything up. Of course I agreed. Jordan and Andrew could have easily done the least and kept all the vent and pipe connections as is, but they wanted to do it right. The new water heater and connections look professional now, elegant even, not the hack job it was before.
