Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. Very very pleased and now feel my sump situation is well under control and monitored. Going to have these guys back for additional plumbing upgrades in my home. Polite, prompt, courteous and with a definite customer service is important attitude. Hard to find these days - Nick is a diamond in the rough! After he left, the company went down he drain (no pun intended.) I found out that Brent started his own business with Nick doing plumbing work. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.

The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever.
