Original person was not responsive. A friend recommended G&M. He discovered that he installed the gasket away from the drain instead of at the joint, and that's why it was leaking. He also discovered a small leak at the drain on the other side of the sink and fixed that. Finally, he installed new kitchen fixtures that I supplied. They responded promptly and had an available appointment much sooner than I expected. The plumber was professional and friendly. They did the job right for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Ultimately I decided on a full replacement system (new pump, back up pump with controller and WiFi monitoring) as the old system was 6+ years old. They do a great job and I call them for all of my plumbing jobs. The only problem I think they have is that they are pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get out to us so if you have an immediate problem, I would call but not sure how quickly they can respond due to the amount of business they are experiencing.
