In the over 2 hours he was in my house, he cursed, yelled, screamed in frustration at the faucet, and basically threw a hissy fit....in front of my 3 young children. It was established that they needed to order a part. They left and said I would be called when the part arrived. When the secretary called, I requested that a different employee be sent out. She told me nobody else was available. I explained why I wanted someone else, and that I was uncomfortable with him being in my home. I was told that was too bad, he was the only one who would come. When he arrived, he walked so much mud in my home that I have to replace my front foyer rug, which is only 3 weeks old. This company does not care about their customers and their property.

I walked the plumber through the house, pointing out where I needed plumbing lines run, where I needed them NOT to run lines, due to electrical wiring and drain lines that were already present and that would be present, I was assured that they would comply with my requests. When they finished, I was upset to find that they completely ignored my requests, and had run the plumbing wherever it was fastest, even up through holes that I showed them and told them were for my drain lines and electrical lines. I had asked them not to run them on a certain beam that held my main propane line, and they did it anyway. i asked them not to run the lines right next to the electrical breaker box, and they did it anyway. I asked them to do continuous runs without joints in the ceiling except where they go into fixtures, and they ignored me, putting several joints in for no other reason than that they didn't want to use coiled tubling as it was inconvenient to them and would slow them down, even though more joints means more possibility for leaks. They even kinked a line so badly, it almost cracked in one area. To top it all off, they carelessly ran a nail from one of the hot water line brackets INTO the cold water line they put in just beneath it. I took the time to make this detailed negative review, because I don't want anyone to go through the financial loss and frustration we have. We paid a lot of money, only to have to redo at least half their work. I didn't discover everything they did wrong at first. I've discovered more and more as I work on other aspects of the house, i.e. wiring, etc. When asked why I didn't demand them to come back and fix it right, my answer is: I don't trust them. It's obvious they don't listen or care (with deceptively reassuring smiles to your face) when instructed carefully and in detail the first time, because they want to do what's quickest and easiest.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever.
