When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. I cancelled my service for tankless water heater service, because one years ago they said it could leak carbon monoxide (it didn't). This year they said it needed replaced and a valve was broken (it wasn't). Both times I had to pay for a plumber to come out and examine the units, and both times they said there is absolutely nothing major wrong with it.
