The In-laws called back, ECO sent another technician that claimed that they needed a new tank and it would cost them $3,500 to replace! How is that even possible!? Even high end tanks are maybe $800, so they can somehow justify $2700 in labor? Get real! Regardless, I found the pinched insulation and had it fixed in 5 mins. It is amazing what you can find if you actually inspect the device you are troubleshooting! These people will try to squeeze as much money out of anyone they can take advantage of. They are either horrible at troubleshooting the problem or just blatantly scamming people. Absolutely no excuse. They commented on my google review (which they remove TONS of the bad google reviews to pad their numbers on google ratings) and told me to call their customer service number. So, I called the number provided. I asked to speak to a representative but was denied because I was not the homeowner that had the work done, I was the son-in-law that FIXED their mistake. They had no interest in speaking with me even though they told me to call them in their review comment? All because I wasn't the account holder for the work. I even asked her if it was okay if the homeowner called and handed me the phone, and she said "no, we only speak with the homeowner." Your customer service line is just as bad as your troubleshooting technicians. What a joke! I can't stress enough to be extremely cautious with ECO and I would strongly advise getting a second opinion if they try to gouge you on overpriced quotes! Lastly, ECO, don't even bother telling me to call your customer service line! I tried that and you guys refuse to chat with me! Apparently I have to get scammed to be that privileged!

His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. He did not do anything except shine his flashlight around, came back upstairs, got in his truck, and left. Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward. Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous! I've attached a picture to show what outstanding work CLB Plumbing can do. The price was more than fair, the customer service was top notch, and he even snaked the tub drain for me! I chose him over a big company like Roto Rooter because I thought his prices might be better and I'd get better service. He came on a Friday to tighten up 2 rocking toilets and fix a small leak in our sink. He said he tightened the toilets, only one was actually fixed because after he left we noticed that the other still rocks when sitting on it. Chris informed us that he needed to order a part for the sink that would be in by Monday and he could return and fix it then, estimating the entire job to cost $250 which seems like a lot for tightening toilets (took him 15 minutes) and a leaky sink. But we were still willing to pay it. Monday came around and no calls, no show. I called and left a message with no response. Today is Tuesday and again I left a message with no returned call and he did not show up today. I assume that he has just given up on our job and won't be returning. I'm hoping that he doesn't expect to be paid for tightening up the one toilet and never returning because that's not happening. Do yourself a favor and call someone who shows up.
