These people are not only diligent experts who are highly responsive, they are also decent and kind people. We had them work in our home several times - and its always the same: Wonderful. I have Contamination OCD and any kind of project that could create dust is really triggering for me. When I let Bryce know this in hopes he would understand I need it to be a really tidy and precise job, he took the time to describe to me how they would switch shoe covers out from inside the room where they would also tarp it off, and wear different shoe covers to go through the house. I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Prior to this exercise, they called constantly.... Beware that they are horribly overpriced and opportunistic!
