He said I needed a part replaced and it would take an hour, but it will probably be expensive and that they would send a quote. CONS: Quote came in at a thousand bucks. Wow. I looked up the part which was around $180, meaning they were charging $800 an hour. I looked on the manufacturer's web site and saw the instruction video on replacing the part and it was an unbelievably easy install. Three stars for their cordiality and quick response.

The owner came out the next day to speak about a replacement unit for the furnace. No pressure but many options. We also discussed a new AC since they were the same age. A week later new units were installed. They were experiencing some issues with pictures and communications, but kept in constant contact. The 2 techs who worked on the installation were so professional. They asked about music playing and using a bathroom. They insisted on wearing booties over their shoes even though I was not concerned in the least. It was like they were working in their own home to be honest. I don't know where they may rank on price, but my experience was well with it. We pay for quality even if not the cheapest. I look forward to renewing my annual service contract.
