The owner came out the next day to speak about a replacement unit for the furnace. No pressure but many options. We also discussed a new AC since they were the same age. A week later new units were installed. They were experiencing some issues with pictures and communications, but kept in constant contact. The 2 techs who worked on the installation were so professional. They asked about music playing and using a bathroom. They insisted on wearing booties over their shoes even though I was not concerned in the least. It was like they were working in their own home to be honest. I don't know where they may rank on price, but my experience was well with it. We pay for quality even if not the cheapest. I look forward to renewing my annual service contract. Very easy to message online and through text to get a estimate on a roof. No "who owns the home" or…read more"how long" or "we want to meet first". They just came out, did the estimate and sent me the details in an email very quickly. Many other roofing companies failed at even getting to the estimate stage on this one. It's a good barometer to tell if they are going to give you a high pressure sales pitch, if they require you to meet them and they can't give an estimate by email after their inspection. Monarchs Roofing came in at a really good price too. they have a really good reputation in Marysville from what I hear as well. I'll likely be selecting them, but waiting on a couple other estimates to finish first.
