My experience with scheduling was great. Install, not so great. 3 men were at my home, one of them was much too friendly, creepy. I noticed my sink purchased with countertops at Home Depot was not installed as requested. I did not mention this to the installers as I wanted them out of my home. After they left I received texts from the creepy one...nothing pertaining to the install. I noticed they damaged my refrigerator. I contacted cutting edge. I was told that 1.) I changed my order to a drop in instead of under mount. I asked if they had my signature on that? No, they didn't, because I didn't change it. Then I was told 2.) The measuring person told me I didn't have the correct sink for under mount. YES I DID. I emailed a picture on the sink box, clearly states under mount OR drop in. The install was December 2024 and here it is March 2025 and NOTHING has been resolved. I stated i wanted to keep the faucet and soap pump from my old sink. They took that but did offer to pay for the $20 soap pump! How generous of them! Home Depot hasn't been great with any resolution and communication either. read more

No. The first Home 154 Hayfield Dr I worked with Amidnonian Remodeling. When granite was installed there was an imperfection. Easyfit immediately made good on a new piece The kitchen is stunning. Sold it. This home I went through Lowes of Marion. The first counter was installed, sink and cupboards. It was incorrectly sealed. Water marks stay for days +. Easyfit employee Paul came out twice to mud the counter. The first time Paul was out he agreed with Lowes representative, and my contractor that the piece was junk. Then said "nobody wants to pay for it". I have never encountered such a shell game! The lies, ties and cover ups between Lowes (Mason, every assistant manager and Manager)and EASYFIT'S (Paul & Becky) were remarkable! And this has gone on since 9/21! Who makes this up? OMG Paul came to my home 2/24. He walked around and looked and said that I should have dried and sealed it again after it was installed.--But doing that and failing to fix it meant that I would not ever get a refund, said Paul. Then suddenly my "limited warranty" Has expired. "Good bye Sucker" I have an eight foot island covered in plywood on since September! Ply wood !!!! And Easyfit won't work with Lowes=I am out $4,632.41 I don't think so! Clearly it matters who you contract with two homes with two different contractors and two very different outcomes. Absolutely the worst contractor ever. I spent over $3500 00 on quartz counter tops and had the worst experience of my life. Communication was almost impossible, spent 45 minutes trying to schedule, they picked the phone up 3 times but wouldn't answer. Measurements were terrible, left a 1/4" gap at the wall, one of the small tops was 11/2" too short, the faucet hole was drilled almost an inch off center, the installers left a mess, and they wouldn't even admit to their mistakes let alone do anything to make it right. I was told that it would be 3 weeks to get the install,and it turned into 8 weeks. Do not do business with this company, they are the worst. Lousy service, bad Measurements, bad install and no service. I was told by their so called "Tech " that they always do their tops like this and it was perfectly acceptable. They are a bunch of Idiots. Stay away. Save your money and sanity. The worst contractor ever. read more

Easyfit contracts with Lowe's to provide and install countertops. We purchased a solid surface countertop for a second story room. We were never told by Lowe's nor Easyfit there was an additional charge to carry it up a flight of stairs. Also, we weren't told that the countertop would need reinforcements underneath even though Easyfit knew the length of the countertop when we ordered it. This caused us to have special braces manufactured to the necessary size. After the up charge and cost of the braces we were $300.00 over the cost of the countertops. They also said they would need to split the countertop at the sink causing a seam - again, we were not told at the time of purchase. We tried to talk to Easyfit about the upcharge and splitting the countertop but they were rude and uncooperative. read more

My wife and I had been swearing we would update our 1986 kitchen for years, and finally decided to go through with it this year. Got estimates from a couple of contractors, thought their prices were a bit high. I happened to notice Easyfit one day from another business across the road. Called and made an early morning appointment. This isn't the type of place you just walk into and shop around, as a couple other reviewers didn't seem to appreciate...just saying. Anyway, their regular salesperson was out, so the manager Jenna Chenault took care of us. Countertops are their main business, but they had a decent selection of both builder's grade and higher grade cabinets to choose from (we went with the latter). Long story short, we ended up having them do the cabinets and granite. We thought the price was quite reasonable. The cabinets only took a few weeks to arrive, and the whole install schedule was given to us by Jenna shortly after the purchase. Everything ended up going in exactly on schedule. There were a couple of minors issues with the cabinet installation which Jenna took prompt care of, and it was obvious she was genuinely concerned about the job being done correctly and us being happy with the results. We just had the granite installed last Wednesday...the install crew (Nick, Matt, Mike and Tim) were all terrific, and did a great job. I've attached a pic here from later that same day. The final trim molding wasn't installed until a few days later on the cabinets, so ignore the gaps up by the soffit. That turned out great, as well! Aside from our overall happiness with how everything turned out, we are glad we were able to do business with a great, family owned company. We learned they are subs for over 30 home Depots and Lowe's in Ohio, and do over 50 kitchens a week, so they know what they are doing, but we are glad we ended up working with them directly. read more

i called these guys for a quote, bc i was getting a range of price options. I believe they took extra time with me to explain the difference in material vs cost and really made sure i was getting what i wanted for the price i felt fair. They came out to the house to make sure measurements were correct (thank goodness, bc mine were short),from start to finish they handled every detail with care, and their installers all spoke perfect English, and cleaned up their mess.
