The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!

My partner and I have purchased and assembled countless IKEA pieces. We have our couch (Sleeper sectional, 3 seat w/storage), kitchen table, recliner, desk, shoe cabinet, dresser, and floor lamps, to name a few of the larger purchaes. But we also love all the little items like storage crates, holiday décor, kitchenware, utensils, cups, mugs, clothes hangers, and rugs. IKEA just has it all and you can even grab lunch at the resturant! My favorite part is I love exploring the store and imaging the possibilities and seeing what I can find. At no point in the short visit did anyone follow up or approach me. Or even greet me. I felt slightly insulted and turned off by that and decided to head out. The gentleman at the desk had a meme or two up scrolling and there was not a word as I left. With so many options for purchasing, I would hope that these companies appreciate the value of someone getting out of their car and walking into their location. Bummer, could be a nice place

Between Bath Tune Up and their subcontractors, I had 5 different contacts I worked with and scheduled separate appointments with- each of whom told me different things. None of them seemed aware of discussions that I'd already had with the others. Multiple times they either didn't show up for appointments or canceled last minute (especially frustrating when I had taken time off work to be home for the appointment). To their credit, early in the process they identified a leak in the side of our house that we needed to fix immediately. Bath Tune Up paused their work and was very patient while I got the leak fixed. After 10 days I notified them that the leak was fixed and the bathroom work could continue. It took them 9 weeks after that to finish the work. Also to their credit, multiple times when I complained about the quality of the work they did send someone out to see and then later come out to fix the work. However- this required a ton of time and management from me. I'd rather they did it right the first time.
