I settled for a waterproof luxury vinyl flooring with a beautiful oak grain, needed because I a have pet who likes to sleep in that room. There are many other sections for different rooms in the house, and I was impressed with the marble flooring as well as natural wood. As soon as I pulled up to cart these boxes, a young lady staff member, Emily, helped me to load them in. They were not that heavy but being I have a bad knee, I appreciated her help. Thankfully she also offered to help me hoist them into my car. Good service is what is important in finding a good store....and I can't wait to see how the flooring looks when it's installed.

The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!

I made initial appointment they canceled saying they don't do the basic repairs we were talking about. What's the definition of "tune up"? Do not recommend, avoid.
