I also felt that the pricing for the products and refacing was very good. Melinda and Tracy were excellent to work with. They kept us informed on the timeline events of the project and kept open communications. Unfortunately, my experience with the cabinet and drawer refacing was much more difficult. The workers assigned to my project appeared to have limited experience with kitchen cabinet and drawer refacing. David was the most knowledgeable and did a good job considering the situation. As a result, there were several mistakes and instances of damage that required correction, which added considerable time and frustration to the project. What was particularly disappointing was that I did not feel I had been adequately informed beforehand about the level of experience of the workers who would be performing the refacing. Had I understood this in advance, I would have had the opportunity to ask questions or reconsider how I wanted the work handled. Rather than being a smooth and straightforward renovation, the refacing portion became a stressful and time-consuming process. I appreciate that mistakes can happen during any renovation, but I believe clear communication and transparency with the customer are especially important when the people performing the work are still developing their skills. I am sharing this feedback because I believe Kitchen Solvers has good products and competitive pricing, and I hope my experience can help improve the customer experience for others in the future. In particular, I would encourage greater transparency regarding who will be performing the work and their level of experience, as well as stronger oversight and quality control during the installation process. Overall, while I am pleased with the countertop, sink, cooktop, backsplash, and pricing, I cannot say that the cabinet refacing experience met my expectations. My three-star review reflects that distinction: there were aspects of the project that were very good, but the workmanship, attention to detail , communication, and additional stress involved in the refacing significantly affected my overall experience. Update 3/10/2026 I reached out to Brad Hulls at Kitchen…read moreSolvers when our beautiful and well loved kitchen suffered water damage last fall. Brad and the Kitchen Solvers team had remodeled our kitchen nearly eight years ago. We loved the look (timeless), and the way our kitchen worked for us, and had recommended Kitchen Solvers to many friends and neighbors over the years. After the flood, we faced restoration work, and after frustrating delays, and conversations from "restoration services" that said they could "come close" but actually left more damage in their wake, I stopped crying and decided to call Brad to see if he would be willing to take on this job. Brad came out quickly, took careful measurements, and said "I think we can fix this." Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. If you are considering a kitchen makeover in these difficult times when parts availability and shipping issues are unavoidable, consider this: from start to finish, you truly cannot ask for more reliable, professional, and respectful humans to be working in your home every day. I am grateful that Brad was willing to take on this job, and delighted with the results. Thanks to Kitchen Solvers, we have gone from ruined wreck to a beautiful, fully functional kitchen.

One doesn't think much of calling a glass company unless they have a broken window. And then, what…read morehappens? Do you just make cold call after cold call looking for the right estimate? Do you ask your friends, your dog walker, your pastor, and that guy who smells like cheese at the gym that you usually avoid to get a good price on a broken window? And even then, how do you know you'll get quality service? How do you know they will be quick, efficient, and professional? How do you know that you won't be wishing it was repaired again in the next three months? Working for a real estate company, I have the distinct pleasure of making all those cold calls. And talking to the glass companies. Its not nearly as fun as it sounds. I was introduced to Glassworks Plus as one of the companies that we have done contract work with in the past. The first impression that they made on me was that they were quick to answer the phone, and their receptionist is friendly. In my last call to them, I had two queries -- one for new work, and one to complete work that one of our tenants had previously ordered. I gave them a general description of what I needed, and they gave me several comprehensive scenarios that gave me a ballpark idea of what I would be paying. To be completely sure about what I was paying, they decided they would send someone out for a second opinion, and an even more accurate estimate, all free of charge. On the item that our tenant previously ordered, they were quick to respond that it was done, and just waiting on us to set a time to complete the work. Once a time was set, their crew showed up on time, with the exact items we had ordered. After letting them in, they were quick to their work, working efficiently and without problems -- they had all the replacement windows that we ordered installed within a couple of hours, at best. I've been very pleased with Glassworks Plus work so far -- which is why I'm turning to them first to get quotes on any more glass work that I need done. They are a little on the pricey side, but you are definitely paying for quality. I am glad to recommend Glassworks Plus to anyone who happens to have a stray window that needs to be replaced.

My initial visit was great even took some sample boards home. I picked a few options and scheduled someone to come out and measure. It was really great they do not charge for that service even if you do not order. It took a bit for the quote and I did change my mind on the carpet selection due to cost so I needed an updated quote. The price was pretty comparable to other places in guestimation as I didn't have anyone else do an exact measurement. They also have a great selection of flooring of all types. I scheduled installation and was told it would be an all day job - 3 bedrooms, stairs, and hallway. I also paid for them to move the furniture. The all day job contractors did not show up until well after 12. I wasted a morning of vacation from work waiting on them. They were there until about 8pm which was very irritating. Afterwards I noticed some seams were a bit noticable. The sales person came out to look (did not show on the first scheduled date) and said he would send someone out to work the seams a bit. We scheduled a time and they did not show. I called and never got a response. I also noticed some damage to the furniture but by that point I'm sure nothing would have been done. I love supporting smaller more local businesses but I'm not sure I would recommend or return. Too bad as I do have more flooring to replace.

The owner, Rick, continued to shine with his responsiveness and suggestions (he even had us come out to his home to see his porch as we were concerned about the color we were considering).
