This company actually cares about its customers and it shows in their work. The first project May Electric did was dig a trench in our backyard to run electric from our house to our detached garage. They installed two outlets, one light switch, and a fluorescent outdoor light. I was so thrilled with how everything was done that day. I then had May Electric install an outdoor outlet on the back of our house. I even requested one that had 4 outlet specifically. I guess they do not typically have those on hand. So they made sure they had one on hand when they did the job. I am so happy with my special request and how it looks / functions. Inside the house they have fixed an outlet that was not getting electricity to it and a light fixture that was not getting electricity to it. And yes, we live in an old house. I have found it necessary to have a good electrician that we can call. John and May Electric are just that. They are reliable, fair priced, efficient, and knowledgeable. In fact just the other day when it was 12* outside, our electricity went out in our house and it was not on AEP's end. We reached out to John and within hours he sent Eric to check it out. Very happy with Eubanks!…read more My wife and I wanted to have an outlet installed so we could switch from a gas to an electric range. Eubanks gave us a quote for free and clearly laid out what it was going to require to make that happen. Once we gave the "ok" for work to begin they had us scheduled for about a week later. The electrician, Zack, was very friendly and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Zach even gave us a quote on another job while he was out here. So they did everything we asked them to do....and more! Zack noticed that someone, likely a "DIY-er", had installed a breaker switch that was not appropriate for the wiring it controlled (so a fire hazard)! He notified me, explained the potential hazards associated with leaving it as is, and gladly corrected the situation. Crisis averted! In the end what we paid was a little more than the quote but considering he did more than was asked of him AND he potentially saved us from disaster, we were okay with that. Will definitely be using Eubanks again!

Brian, the owner, came out to look at what I needed done and quickly turned around a quote (within a day). I thought the price was fair and all of my questions were clearly and promptly answered.
