Long time Tracy resident, came back with hubby to visit the parentals. I remember when this place used to be Gerard's Deli. We may be spoiled living in Sacramento, but here's the review! This was my second time in but only the first where I ordered food. It was a good experience overall. The space is set up nicely and the decor is cool. Staff was walking around with smiles and we were checked on by more than just our server, Megan B. She was awesome by the way! The food was, good. I'm a vegetarian and while they do have a veggie burger option, there wasn't much in the way of entrees for someone like me. Appetizers gave some meatless options though. My hubby ordered the Mac n cheese burger. The Mac n cheese had no flavor but the burger was good otherwise. I ordered the Mt. Diablo with a meatless patty and was a little disappointed. It was supposed to be a 3/5 on the spice level (per the menu) but there was hardly any hot sauce on it at all. The fries were AMAZING, best part about the meal! Ordered the house cab for my drink, that was actually really good. One thing really bugged me, especially after having worked in the service industry at one point in my life. It's December and FREEZING outside. We walked in about 1:00 on a Sunday and the hostess tried to seat us at the first table right by the door. My mom asked if we could sit against the wall (to avoid the cold breeze of air that rushes in every time the door opens) and she said, "Those tables are reserved for our larger parties". We were 4, the tables were 6-tops. I 100% understand that, however the place was not nearly busy enough to tell us we couldn't sit there. They had two 6-tops and and 8-top open at that time. In my experience, when a guest asks to sit somewhere specifically, you seat them there and figure out the rest instead of telling them "No". If the place was packed wall-to-wall then sure, but come on. I'll be back to give it another shot for sure! read more

I've been here before with a group of friends, but this Friday night, it was just my friend me. We asked for a table and were told there would be a wait. When we asked about going to the bar to get a drink and wait for our table, the hostess tells us that they will not hold our table if we sit at the bar. I did not see any bar tables open and we did not want to sit and have our dinner at the bar counter. I then see several open tables and she tells me those are saved for larger parties...a table for 4 is a large party for them? She then points to tables outside. Absolutely will not sit outside in the freezing winter night!! After talking to the manager, it was clear they only cared about serving larger parties at their tables. This was such poor customer service, and we chose to leave and spend our good money somewhere else. We frequent so many restaurants and never have I had such a lame experience trying to get a table. I will never come here again, and I will tell all my friends that we need to go somewhere else for a girls night out cause Juniors is NOT that place!! read more

We came here for dinner on a Saturday night back in November after my in laws were in town for a soccer tournament for my son. This place is located downtown on Central Ave right before 11th St. We got calamari to start, it was cooked perfect. I believe the other choice we got was some type of pot stickers/gyoza. Both of the apps were perfectly cooked, and enough to feed all 7 of us to start. We also ordered the halibut, cooked nicely, not too dry. Salmon, & the half roasted chicken. We got a wedge salad too. Juniors is a really modern type of spot to hang. They have a long bar with plenty of seating, then restaurant seating for families, and they have open windows on the two front areas surrounding where you walk in. So you can hear the street and people outside and you can even sit on both sides of the building so to speak there with the open windows. This was a nice little spot and was a perfect place to catch up with the girls. It's a decent sized restaurant with a nice outdoor front dining area. Service was excellent! The server totally understood we were initially more interested in catch up while sipping on margaritas. While she periodically checked in for refills, she never pressured us to order. Nice crunch and not greasy tasting at all. Topped with chili beans, cheese sauce, tomatoes, scallions, and a drizzle of sour cream. I personally couldn't stop eating them. I had the mac-n-cheese burger. Strange, right? OK so I scooped off mac-n-cheese and ate separately and glad I did because it was pretty tasty! The burger itself was very juicy and tasteful. The onion rings were panko coated also fried to perfection - not overcooked nor greasy!I really enjoyed my splurge! One of the girls had the same as mine and she too enjoyed it. Now my friend had the steak salad and she didn't care for it much. The steak was overcooked, as she ordered rare and was tough and lacked flavor. They added some fried potato chips and they were actually stale. I sampled her plate and totally agreed with her opinion. They gladly provided her with a replacement steak side order. One of the higher ended in Tracy that is in the downtown area. Tracy is not known for having the best food, but looking at the review I had some high standards for some of the food. I went for the Juniors Classic Burger medium rare with everything on it. The burger came out in 20 minutes and was nice and warm. The fries were great, salted and great with ketchup. However, the burger was a flop. The patty was well done, the tomato and cheese was not good, and the bun was not good. I want to try some other stuff on the menu, but for those who want to come here, can't say I recommend the burger. read more

Came here with two of my girlfriends. The atmosphere is very modern and comfortable. The outdoor seating is shaded and has comfortable seats. The waitress was very speedy, friendly, and kind. Went here about three times already and all three times the food has been amazing! The drink are also really good too! It's a bit on the pricey side but the portions are also huge so I think it's worth it. The only thing that can be a bit annoying is how long they take. Don't get me wrong, they're very attentive and great but it just takes forever for the food to come out and I get it when it's busy but last two times it wasn't that busy...like at all.. and it still took us almost an entire hour for us to get our food. We wanted to try this place but because of Covid and having kids with disabilities/compromised immune systems we decided to park out back and make an order. My husband was standing next to our van looking at the menu while our child was exploring. He picked up a piece of metal from within the gated area next to the wheel of the bin. Because our child has neurodevelopmental delays he doesn't always understand rules and needs to be reminded of things that typical kids can grasp, although all kids explore and are curious. An employee came out of the back area and snapped at our child to not put things in the bin. He was very rude. And when my husband tried to explain that he had literally just told our child to not touch garbage and wasn't dumping trash, the employee made a sound like, "Uh huh, yeah, right." It's been a rough year plus on everyone. Truly. Everyone is struggling. Being kind costs nothing and inaccurate assumptions suck and cause unnecessary shame, especially for a kid that works so hard to fit in in this world. I'm so glad we decided to try this spot because overall our visit is a true 4 star rating! Customer service was on point. Even the owner, Billy checked in on us quite frequently and provided recommendations, all of which we pretty much ordered. The overall ambiance was so chill too; we had an outdoor-dog-friendly table and I loved the hip hop and R&B music that played overhead. The food was delicious. The wings were nice and crunchy bursting with flavor, I would highly recommend the lemon pepper flavor + the garlic parm! The spicy Cajun pasta is a must! Spicy in all the right places, I just wish they removed the shrimp tails. My husband did mention that the pasta carbonara wasn't that good - so be sure to pass on that. Very nice dinner tonight outside in a patio with heaters. The staff all were wearing masks (contrary to a couple recent reviews). We felt like they were taking all precautions. We started our meal with pretzels and beer cheese with mustard. Pretzels were soft, the cheese was a little cold and skimpy, but tasted good. Cup of chicken soup was very hot with heat which was welcome! Side salad was very generous and both were add-ons to the meals. I had salmon which was cooked just right and had 3 asparagus spears on top, nicely cooked. It also was accompanied by a cheesy rice and fresh green beans. We also had fish and chips. Nothing special here, 3 pieces of fish and lots of seasoned fries. Great coffee too. We wanted a nice night out while we still could, and Juniors was a good choice.
