The bacon rancher burger and some French fries

Second time going here and it's still doing good. the last time I went was last year and nothing changed. The service was still fast and restaurant is clean. The burger was a bit greasy but still very good and has lots of flavor.

My family and I came here for dinner last Saturday evening. It had been several years since we last came here. We arrived around 7pm or so and there was no wait for the 5 of us. We got seated immediately. If you join their rewards program, you get free chips & salsa. There was a small kiosk at the table, so I used that to sign up. You just have to remember to add the free chips & salsa reward when you're checking out/paying your bill. A lot of the items on the menu looked really good. I ultimately went with the Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo. I chose to get 4 tenders and for sauces, I chose the House BBQ and Honey Mustard. This dish was good. I loved how it was personalizable and it had a variety of items, including fries! The chips & salsa were really good. It was simple but classic. The chips were thin and crispy. The fried mozzarella was delicious, very cheesy and crispy. Portion sizes were generous. We were stuffed by the end of the meal. Overall, we had a great time!

My wife and I went to Chili's tonight in Tracy. We were headed home and we both wanted a hamburger with some substance and good fries. It had been awhile since we had been to a Chili's restaurant. The place was busy but not swamped. My wife was craving a Mushroom Burger and I decided to try their special 3 for $10.99. I ordered their Old Timer Burger w/Fries and it came with an appetizer (small salad was my choice - decent side salad) and this also included a drink. My wife really enjoyed her Mushroom Burger and fries. The service was really good and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean and very well kept up. I would encourage that if you are in Tracy and want a nice meal from a chain restaurant, Chili's might be the place to visit. We will be back.

I've had previous experiences that were great so I'm hoping today was a one off. We first ordered the chips and cheese....... Omg so extremely salty that we wouldn't even eat the chips!!! The salsa was very delicious though. We then got our meals. 2 kids meals (quesadilla and chicken tenders, a buffalo chicken sandwich and fajitas). The kids meals are a STEAL! Under $7 and that includes a drink! The buffalo chicken was delicious but the fajitas weren't edible. We got chicken and steak fajitas and the chicken was bland (but edible) however the steak tastes like old microwaved steak. We had old piece and wanted to vomit. I rarely say anything about my food but I just had to mention it. the manager came and was the nicest guy!!!!! He immediately took it off our bill even though that was not our request and asked if we wanted anything else. He was understanding and attentive and this reason will be the only reason that I might return to Chili's again in hopes for less salty and fresh food. Thank you James (you saved a costumer)

Food ok Service ok Ambiance ok Took a while for hostess to great us in the front. Tables were full so she offered us to sit at the bar area, and we can sit anywhere that's open. About 5 tables was open and all dirty. Luckily our server was excellent and took care of us.

Chips + salsa with white skillet queso is my go-to appetizer and the triple Dipper is my go-to entree. Food is extremely affordable and tastes pretty good! The waiters and waitresses are friendly and attentive. It can definitely get a bit loud in there due to the bar area!

Food was good got a triple dipper , hot honey tenders are the best, hot Nashville mozzarella sticks were good & mini cheeseburger sliders, service was ok, the ambiance was a little too much for my liking

The best service 10 out of 10 I would recommend the people were so nice. They let us in early, even though we were a bit early. The drinks were amazing too.

Chips & Salsa, regular margarita on the rocks

Stopped in today for a late-ish lunch with my mother and grandmother. The host - whose name I did not get unfortunately - welcomed us in by opening the doors for us, and holding them open for my grandmother (with her walker). The bar side of the restaurant was busy, I saw wait staff talking, chatting, hugging, and smiling with some guests (looked to be a party/get together?) - loved it. Despite the party, the restaurant wasn't too noisy - low hum that you would expect. Seated immediately, waitress came by soon after to get drink orders and ask about apps. We got drinks quickly, and ordered soon after, and within - I want to say 15 minutes (20 after walking in the door) we had our food. The chips were warm and fresh, salsa delicious, margarita idk if I'm a light weight but a good amount of tequila (a + obviously). All entrees were delicious, fries were crispy, chicken was juicy and crunchy, Mom said the Smash Burger was the best burger she's ever had, and grandmother had no complaints (which was a miracle). Hannah, our waitress, was very attentive and on top of it. When we asked for to-go boxes she made sure to bring a container for the rest of the salsa I wish we could have left her a bigger tip!

    Margarita!!

The drinks were great! I wanted a burger and didn't realize this was a Tex-mex restaurant (don't know why it's in the name). ‍ In any case, I ordered the burgers and they were okay, I think I need to try the Mexican food to give it an honest review. The chips and salsa were very expensive, not worth the 6 or 8 dollars, whatever it was. I heard now that they can be free if you sign up and create an account. Staff was great! Very nice and helpful. Ambiance was fun given the type of restaurant it was. It was clean and that's important to me. This was my first time eating here and not sure if I'll eat there again. If I do, I'll update my review.

My go to are definitely the avocado egg rolls, pot stickers, mini pizza, burger sliders from the appetizer menu as well as their sauced boneless wings and fish n chips entree. Service is the best there. It's usually Brooke working the bar when I go in and she has always treated me well since I've been going. She's fast, she knows what I like to drink and constantly checks to see if I have everything I need. The rest of the staff is solid too (Nico, Ronaldo, Jocelyn, Henny). Even the managers take the time to say hello. The ambiance is usually pretty relaxed and cozy when I come in during their late night happy hour, which is what I prefer. There have been times I've been here during the dinner rush and on game days where it can get loud and hectic, but I see the staff working hard to keep up. I appreciate the staff there. Cheers!

My hubby and I asked for water as our drinks, which had black specks inside. We asked for new water, which was thankfully clean this time. Our waitress kindly double checked to make sure. Then our food came, which tasted decent but we never got any utensils so we asked for that. Unfortunately, they came dirty and I didn't want to bother our waitress again so I used the water and cloth to clean our forks. We were also never offered any water refills throughout our meal and it was hard to flag down any other waiters as they weren't near our table. We ordered a side of sweet potato fries, which came unseasoned and was such a small plate for $7. So overpriced! Ambiance was the same as last time - normal amount of noise and the restaurant's great for watching sports. Not sure if I'll be back next time...except for maybe just the pizookies.

Everything looks the same and the same friendly atmosphere resides. Service is always awesome, and so is the food. This time we both chose the fish and chips lunch which includes 3 good sized pieces of batter dipped fish, and perfectly crispy fries. It was all great. Prior visit - This is a great little place to be for a meal. Totally unassuming from the street and even when you walk up, as it is in a small strip business center off of 11th Street. When I walked in for lunch, I was immediately greeted by a guy behind the bar (which is right at the door) with a smile. I proceeded upstairs to the clean and comfortable 'loft' and grabbed a table along the window so I could see out. The interior is clean and simple, open first floor to second floor ceiling. Great music playing, and just a nice vibe all the way around. Andrea, came by with a smile and greeting, asked if I had any questions, and headed off with my order. I didn't get the bartender's name, but he was just as attentive and super nice, as he came upstairs to my table and described some of the beers he currently has available. Small batch craft beers are good. . . Food: The menu is not so 'typical' as you get to select your protein, the sauce or spice for that protein, then your carb, and your veggie (or make it a salad). Nice choices too. My chicken with Korean BBQ sauce, beer batter fries and grilled Brussels sprouts was good, especially the sprouts. My chicken was on the dry side, but I have a feeling it may have been due to the fact they were managing a party of 15 as well as all the other patrons while I was there. A bit hectic for two people to keep up that pace. I definitely recommend coming to the Upper Room.
